The technician was very knowledgeable and professional along with being courteous.

These guys were in and out leaving only a cloud of dust and the two televisions on the wall placed in the exact right place. They really knew what they were doing and hooked everything up and really were in an out in less than half an hour. They worked quickly and effectively. There was no real cloud of dust as they brought their vacuum to clean up and any wall board dust. They were polite and impressive with their efficiency.

The two young men that delivered and set up my TV and mount did an excellent job. Both were very Courteous and will to explain what “I” needed to do to work my TV. Their attention to detail in mounting the TV so it was perfectly aligned and straight was very professional and their knowledge on the install was evident. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

Guys did a great job. Respectful and courtious. I recomended to my mom and she used them to install when she purched a tv also.

Delivery, mounting and set up.went very smooth. The two service men were excellent at their job. I would highly recommend them. It was so easy on us. All i had to do is open the door and then set back and relax.

If I needed a side gig. It would be mounting televisions. After doing some redecorating this past spring I needed a tv mounted in my bedroom. Lots of hours of research and calls, o was given price estimates STARTING at $250 for this service. I had purchased the tv at Best Buy so I figured let me look into what the cost would be from their geek squad. I was pleasantly surprised it was significantly less, and I could use my points towards the cost. It was simple and easy to set up an appointment, On the day of my appointment the young man arrived on time, fully masked and respectful of my request to please remove shoes upon entry of my apartment. It took him less than 5 minutes to determine I had purchased the wrong wall mount and told me exactly which one I should purchase. He rescheduled my appointment right there in the spot so I wouldn’t have to wait about week or so. Again, he arrived promptly. It took him about 20 minutes to install the tv mount and to hang my TV. He was very neat, polite and kind, taking time to show me how I can adjust the position of the newly mounted TV! I would give him 10 stars if I could! I would 100 percent recommend the geek squad if you need a tv mounted at a reasonable cost and I will definitely consider using them again for any of my TV or tech needs!!

The Geek Squad was right on time, and installed our TV quickly. We had not purchased a new wall mount, as the new TV was the same size as the old. The service guys had to do a bit of adjusting, but made the mount work perfectly.

Installers were great. They deserve 5 stars. However, Best Buy required an additional, unexpected $130 fee because the installation was over a fireplace. I was not asked about where the install would be or told of the additional fee, In fact, the install did not require any additional work because my contractor, in rebuilding the fireplace, installed a well anchored base for the TV bracket. All the installers needed to do was to screw in the bracket. Of course, because the guys were not allowed to do the install without the fee being paid, I paid it unhappily,

Can't say enough good about Best Buy's In-home consulting and installation service. Christian came to our house, measured the space and assessed what would work best for picture and sound. Then he met us at the store and helped us select the best value, with no pressure. After trying out a 55" TV for a week or so, we asked to trade up to a 65". Both the initial and second installations went very well without any problems. We highly recommend Best Buy for this service.

The Geek Squad was prompt and very courteous with the delivery and installation. Nick and his co-worker showed us how they would install to get the best viewing of the Samsung TV on the Wall Mount. Excellent service.

i bought a tv for my friend. she chose the time and date that worked best for her. i was at work when they delivered the tv to her apartment. she said the team did great work and they installed it very quickly. best buy made this process so seamless.

I was very pleased with the mounting. They did a perfect job and were very professional. They were very neat and friendly.

The only flaw was when they called to narrow down the time to am or pm, they didn’t leave a message to let me know what it was & didn’t return my call back. However they called in the am & said we were their 1st stop & arrived on time. They had to make the wall mount work on our wall that has studs at some out of the norm measurements. Very pleased.

I have been a customer of Best Buy for years. I had Geek Squad install home alliances, entertainment systems, you name it. Rowel and Matt have to be the best Geek Squad that has ever come to install anything. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and are perfectionists. There aren't enough words to explain how amazing their services were today. They are the type of people that makes you keep wanting to shop at Best Buy.
