The two gentlemen who delivered and installed my TV were amazing! They were courteous, fast, and efficient. I had the same crew for the first delivery / install for the initial TV purchase and for its replacement. Great crew. Great service!

Agents mounted the TV and were very pleasant. They were great!

The agents removed my old TV and mounted new TV with new mount. They connected and assured proper operation of my devices, cable box and home theater.

The agents that came did a great job installing the TV using my existing mount. They even recommended lowering my mount a bit and took care of it for me even though they could have just put up my new tv as is and gotten the job done quicker. I really appreciated that. They cleaned up the work area thoroughly. They showed me how to work everything and followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was working well.

Our two agents, Justin and Matt, were fantastic!! Communication was great, they were knowledgeable and efficient. We also had them install a soundbar and run the wires behind the wall. It just all looks really nice. Very pleased and would purchase again. Yes you can probably do it by yourself or with some help but I highly recommend using Geek Squad to save yourself any trouble.

It was done quickly with no mess left behind. The TV looks great, and the mount exceeds what we originally expecte, it even turns smoothly with the 80” TV to almost 90 degrees.

The service was incredible. Expertly handled a job I was not capable of doing by myself. They were knowledgeable about the mount and also had some great tips about setting up the tv.

The Geek Squad Agents, Cameron and Lucas, who performed our service were absolutely professional. They came, they saw and they installed. Their suggestions and professional expertise were spot on. Having these two professionals do the installation saved me a lot of grief and frustration. They were worth every penny spent!

My TV had to be returned and replaced. The first team of agents (Geek Squad) was great. They installed the equipment and made sure everything was working correctly, and set controls so we could operate the TV efficiently. The team that brought the replacement was from a company they apparently hired out to. The installation was okay but not quite as good as it had been. The controls and apps are hard to find, and we cannot find the cable or anything without searching through everything. The first team deserves 5 stars. I'm not rating the second team.

The guys that came to my house were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. They went over everything with me up front to make sure there were no surprises. Obviously experienced installers. They even took the trash with them.

The team that came in were friendly, cordial, and informative in giving us their insights to the tv’s planned installed location. They had all of the necessary tools and helped my family feel secure in the service.

Love the Geek Squad! The mounted the 65” TV on the wall, we’re very professional, and were apologetic they couldn’t fully set up the TV because we didn’t have internet yet.

These two guys managed a challenging wall mount with this tv, due to its size and weight. They were quick to problem solve and the final effect is a balanced tv in the perfect spot. Cannot remember their names. I think they were Shane and Matt? Great Geeks!!!

The Geek Squad geeks were great in setting up my wall mounted tv & the sound bar I bought for it. Unfortunately they didn't mount a speaker in a wall not fully setting up the sound bar to my tv. I'm having difficulty hooking up wires with speaker due to loss of manual dexterity in my hands. It's very frustrating because I used to set up stereos with no trouble in the past. Still though, what they did was great.
