Mounted a 85 inch TV for me, did a good job, nice and neat no wires showing

The geek squad hooked up my tv and wall mount so quickly. and it looks beautiful

The Geek Squad agent was professional and mounted my TV along with installing my in wall cord system. The cords that came with the system were too short, and the agent set an appointment to come back with the correct size cord.

The installers were extremely professional, courteous, careful, detailed, and did a phenomenal job

Geek Squad did a fantastic job. Set up everything without any problems. One tv had to have special installation and the second two men did a fantastic job. Our sales person Shoaib was fantastic.

The people who came out to install it were some of the easiest people to work with. They updated me when they would be at my house, showed up at the time they promised and finished quickly. They set everything up and cleaned up any mess. Very professional and answered all questions.

Matt and Christina are some of the best Geek Squad staff anyone could ask for! They mounted a total of 3 TV’s for us, one of them including a sound bar, and did a fantastic, neat, leveled job! They even work fast too! They are so friendly and knowledgeable. I will be requesting them again when we decide to mount another TV.

The Service techs were very professional and knowledgeable. I asked several technical questions regarding the operation of my television while they were working and the explanations were easy for me to understand and helped me feel more competent in operation of my system. Not a big reviewer, but the two gents from Geek Squad were simply awesome. They came on a day when we had an ice storm. They WALKED the TV and sound bar down our 69 foot driveway and proceeded to do an awesome job installing everything and getting it going. Best Buy and Geek Squad with “Total Tech Package “ is the way to go.

I had great experience with the install&mount service. The tech was very professional and nice to help us, not only the install&mount, also taught us how to use/maintain the projectors. I want to recommend to try the Geek Squad service, which I always had great experience.

Love the Geek Squad! The mounted the 65” TV on the wall, we’re very professional, and were apologetic they couldn’t fully set up the TV because we didn’t have internet yet.

The agents mounted my TV and connected all my devices. They were very flexible with timing and worked well around my work schedule. They quickly got the job done and cleaned up very well. This is the 2nd time I’ve used them to mount a TV in my house and both have been great experiences. It’s very well worth the price because then I’m not stuck with a giant TV box that I have to get rid of.

The Geeks do a great job putting up large TVs. I have found that working directly with the store on deliveries and installations works best! The corporate online scheduling in the past was not as responsive or accurate as in person. That’s my two cents worth.

They were very neat and provided excellent instructions on how to use the remote to add apps. They agents were polite and friendly.
