AS OF FEBRUARY 18, 2025 AT 5:20 PM, THIS SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED AS PROMISED IN 2024!!!!! WHY? THE SEVERAL TELEPHONE CALLS I HAVE MADE TO MAGNOLIA REQUESTING TO COMPLETE THIS SERVICE AS PROMISED APPARENTLY HAVE BEEN IGNORED BECAUSE SUCH SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED. BEST BUY/GEEK SQUAD/MAGNOLIA WHO APPARENTLY JUST TOOK MY MONEY AND RAN, SO IT SEEMS. MY FUTURE PURCHASES AT BEST BUY/MAGNOLIA HAVE BEEN PUT ON HOLD AND WILL BE CANCEL SOON DUE TO MAGNOLIA NOT FULFILLING IT'S PROMISES IN GOOD FAITH

The young man was all by himself, he mounted 2 two 65 inch flat screen tvs with ease. I always thought they sent out two people to install tvs. He was polite and informative. He let me know about the time frame I had to change my tv from its location.

I was a little hesitant with getting this service but when your getting the best tv we agreed to provide the best install. The Squad came a little late but not interfering with our day after all it was the start of the football season YEAH!! Excellent install and good connect going thru every step and even remounted the tv they replaced going the extra step!!

The Geek Squad is awesome! They were very professional! Came in put the tvs up I also havs them for when I move to take them down as well!

Geek Squad did a fantastic job. Set up everything without any problems. One tv had to have special installation and the second two men did a fantastic job. Our sales person Shoaib was fantastic.

The service we received was excellent. We were fortunate to have two individuals that knew exactly what they were doing. They were extremely professional and excellent troubleshooters. They were respectful and clean up the mess after completing the project. This is the second time was had the Geek Squad doing service in our residence. Both times were completed with great quality.

The agents mounted TV and TV Brackets. From start to finish they seemed to know what they were doing, made sure they took care around furniture, wore masks, answered questions made sure we knew how to operate all devices, stepped us through TV operations, made sure we called Xfinity to fix a broken modem, advised us of change our decision possibilities that included upgrade in size of TV.

Quality, easy to use and quickly installed reasonably priced

We originally thought we could buy a tv, take it home and set it up ourselves; how hard could it be? I am so happy we did not do that and had a wonderful Geek Squad agent like Dakota take care of everything for us! I cannot say enough nice things about him. He was patient with our slow learning curve and made sure we knew what we were doing before he left. And he was so very courteous and tactful as well as so knowledgeable about the technology! Well worth the expense!
