The service technician came to my home today and was able to mount my 2 TV's to the wall. The one in the living was a real challenge due to 2 X 4 conflict inside the wall. Al was very kind and professional.

Cas, the Geek Squad service Tech, was on time, worked quickly and efficiently. She explained the process thoroughly, and when finished with the installation, explained how everything worked. Cas works out of the Edwardsville, IL store. Even though I live in St. Louis, I would prefer working with her again, should a need arise. Thank you, Cas!

Victor had to remount the existing tv mount as the mounting holes on the new one would have made the new tv to high. He did it quickly and now the new tv occupies the same space as the old one. I thought this could be to complicated, he breezed right though it. I am very happy with this installation.

Highly recommend this service. Moved/mounted current TV to another room and had the new TV mounted. Purchased the Total Tech service and saved myself $100 on the installation plus other fringe benefits. Could have done it myself however, so nice to sit back relax and watch someone else do it! Not to mention not answering all of the wife's questions and concerns! Tech's were very personable, knowledgeable and efficient.

The technicians were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I'm not good with technology, but installer explained everything in an easy to understand manner. Allmy questions were answered AND technicians did not leave until I demonstrated ability to use the product. I have high expectations when it comes to good customer service. This experience did not disappoint

The setup team came early in the schedule, which was a plus. They expertly mounted the new TV. Then they connected the many cables to all associated devices with no problem. Since we have a new Harmony, we needed to buy the "Harmony Remote Programming" job in order to have it programmed. The team was vey courteous and patient with us as we needed to learn some new things about the new TV. Lastly, they cleaned up the packaging, etc. so it looked like they were never there.

The service crew led by Mike were both professional and polite. You can tell that this was not just a job for them; it was like watching an artist create a masterpiece: attention to detail, outlining, asking questions, set-up, teaching, cleaning, etc.... I’ve been in the service industry for over twenty years and this crew were The Best! Thank you Mike for being a Master of Art! SEMPER FI
