Solid product from a solid company! We could not be any happier with our mounts

Having technicians who make adjustments to ensure customers are satisfied with placement of products is awesome. I greatly appreciate the respect of my home with technicians wearing shoe protectors, carefully carrying my products to avoid denting walls, and meticulously setting up all equipment. This is truly a white glove service.

Our installers were very professional and performed an exceptional job. Arrived on time and were very efficient! So very helpful, we’ve never had any problem on any installation by the Geek Squad!!

The technicians did a terrific job mounting and connecting our new 77 inch LG C3 OLED TV. I will always use the GEEK Squad to install anyone large and/or complicated.

We had the Geek Squad help us mount our tv to the wall. We were a little hesitant about the price but it was so worth it! They called when they were on their way, they got here when they said they would, and they were very professional with the installation. Very quality work. So glad we had them do this rather than try to do it ourselves!

When the wall mount we had wouldn’t work with the new TV, the agents gave us recommendations for alternative mounts. We had to order the new mount so the agents had to come back to mount the TV. However they setup the TV and connected my devices to it on their first visit. I was very pleased with how the agents conducted themselves and their knowledge of the products.

Very nice and professional, mounted the tv and even connected my Bose speaker!

Geek Squad team members did a great job at moving, setting up and integrating my new large tv into our home wifi system. The Team lead was knowledgeable and customer oriented. Highly recommended

I bought this tv onsite once I read reviews about TCL televisions online. Out of the box the tv was beautiful. It was light and easily mounted on the wall. After understanding how to adjust the settings this TV actually had a beautiful picture. Unfortunately the sound was muffled and lacked the clarity of my previous Samsung TV.

It took three tries to get a 2 man crew in place with the right items to mount a large TV and sound bar, but they did a great job in a timely fashion. They left the work area clean and neat.

Techs were great. Arrived early and were very professional and courteous.

Two guys installed my Samsung 75 inch TV. They helped sync the Dish remote and mounted the tv without a hitch. They were professional and knew what they were doing. Bert was the same guy who installed my system in 2009. I am not tech savy, but they were patient and explained how to operate everything. They also cleaned up and were on time.

The agents were knowledgeable, respectful, quick and efficient. Excellent service

Alex and Jake came out and hung my new 70" TV efficiently and quickly! I paid a little extra for them to move my current TV upstairs. Later in the day, I went upstairs and turned my TV on and there were some crazy lines all over the screen.. I texted Alex with a few pics and he immediately took responsibility for the damage. This was Sat (Dec 2) afternoon. By Tuesday, a claims rep called me and asked me how much I wanted to purchase a new TV!! I immediately went online and found a 55" for 369.99 and I had a check in my hand for 400.00 by yesterday (Dec 8)! Alex and Jake could have denied they damaged my TV.. not only did they not deny it, they worked quickly and proactively to get me a new TV! Kudos! I highly recommend!!

The tech guy did more than install our tv. The install was clean and efficient and all was programmed to work. Her even have is a brief tutorial on how to use the tv, know than the "quick" start. He even told is how we could save on teckie stuff that would have faced even more on the install.

The Geek Squad agent was professional and mounted my TV along with installing my in wall cord system. The cords that came with the system were too short, and the agent set an appointment to come back with the correct size cord.

It took 3 attempts to get my installation done. On the first try, the third party installer was very thorough and knowledgeable and spent over 4 hours trying to get my TV right. He played phone tag with customer service and personally went back to the store to get new mounts. Ultimately he stated that he did not have the authority to get my job done. He specifically stated that I should get the Geek Squad to do the job and not the third party that the Geek Squad assigned to me. The second time I specifically requested the Geek Squad, yet a third party was sent again at the improper time. The installation was incomplete. This again required me to make multiple calls to customer service to try and get a resolution. Finally, I was able to get the real Geek Squad in and everything was done correctly. I had a second TV installed the next day with the Geek Squad that was absolutely excellent. The only thing missing was a call back from the Geek Squad. I would have informed them that the set up caused my TIVO to overheat and shut down. I rearranged this myself so I did not need to have them come back. Bottom line is that if you have a very simple installation, the third party installation is fine, but if there is any complication, only the real Geek Squad can correct your situation efficiently. In addition, never call customer service with a problem. Go to the store where you can speak to a member directly. Even that can be a problem as I had to go to another Best Buy to get someone to send the real Geek Squad to service me. My rating is the average of the poor overall service I received, not the last visit from the Geek Squad which I would rate just short of perfect. It took 4 weeks to get things right.

I think this was money well spent! The squad was very courteous and very clean in everything they did. They assisted in choosing the correct location and then was very precise in cutting holes and attaching the mount. They made it possible for me to add another cable without having to remove the tv...something I greatly appreciated. They gave basic use information, but after they left I was disappointed they didn't go over how to use more functions of the tv (ie voice remote, adding apps)
