Had a great team if two who delivered, installed, then walked me thru a few things to know. Kyle and colleague worked as a well-oiled, efficient team.

The agents did an outstanding mounting my Samsung TV, connecting it to my existing equipment, i.e. sound system and DVD player and internet. They also instructed me on the use of the remote and gaining access to my apps on the TV. Great job Geek Squad.

Great service from the Geek Squad service in asking important questions regarding the location of the mounting of the tv and soundbar. They were very professional and suggested updating my surge protector and making sure that it was up to date with my new appliances. The Geek Squad did a really great job on the installation of the wall mount and tv. They connected all of my devices to the tv. They did a test run to make sure all of my devices worked. Marco was very helpful in instructing me on how to use the remote to operate the tv and connected devices.
