The Geek Squad are the best part of purchasing from Best Buy. They are knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They took down the old TV; set up the new TV; and hauled away the old one and all the boxes. I highly recommend them.

Super smooth and easy service. Scheduled our appointment a few weeks out while we waited for construction to finish up. Our installer came on time, asked lots of questions to assure she had it placed correctly and went about her way. She finished quickly, walked me through the TV setup and was on her way. So friendly and left the room perfectly clean. She even took all the packaging!

The Agents mounted the tv and set it all up . Very satisfied ! Thanks Geek Squad Five Stars !

Had Spencer Chapman install my new Samsung S95F 65 in TV and Wall mount. They were nice, well dressed, cleaned up everything and set up the new Samsung soundbar with the TV. Everything works perfectly. I have always had great luck with Best Buy in terms of good pricing and the best intalls!!!

the Bobby was right on time, called ahead, did a great job with the installation and left everything in perfect order. He took time to explain the product to me answered all my questions and left the area clean and in order. Very satisfied with the service and professional attitude.

The agents arrived on time and totally set up the TV and showed me how to use the remote. Very courteous agents willing to take the time with me to explain everything. Only drawback is they are not allowed to work on electrical outlets as they could not relocate my wall mount so the TV sets too low and I will have to rehang the TV myself

The young man that installed my new TV did a wonderful job. He was on time and kept me informed of his arrival time. He cleaned up all his mess and set up both remotes. I think he's wonderful and wish I could get him back to help me with the Samsung remote. I think Samsung gets F on ths remote for seniors. No light, too small, and harder for seniors to use.

The Geek agent removed old tv and replace it with a new 50 inch one! Agent was very knowledgeable and in no time had all devices up and running smoothly!

Tv mounted on wall looks great. The two techs that installed it were very friendly and helpful.

Both Justin and Omari did a outstanding installation. They were professional and comcompleted the job on time. Hopefully in the future they'll be assign to do another install here .

Can’t say enough about our Geek Squad service!! Thorough, polite and measured everything to make sure our new TV was mounted perfectly. Even when taking a second look since something was off a little … went back and double checked the leveling (turns out our 1971 house isn’t exactly level … of course!!!)

The agents took their time and explained what they were doing or going to do while placing our mount on our wall. They did an awesome job. Could be anymore pleased with our installation,

My TV was mounted for me, and all my accessories (sound bar, dvd player, internet) were connected and tested. Installation was neat, with all wires hidden. Tech was quick, and thorough, and pleasant and professional to deal with. Answered all my questions, and pointed out things that I had not been aware of.

The Geek Squad reps, Mike, Mark, and Luis all did an outstanding job recommending what would work best in my home. They delivered the items when they arrived and set to work doing an efficient install that is working like clockwork. I can not say enough about how great these guys have been.

Had a window of time of then the Geek Squad would arrive. I was glad to get a call early in that window saying they would arrive soon. They arrived and were to work. They had to move the TV/mount from one wall to another and they did it with ease. Very knowledgeable and I'm happy with the result. Not my first time having Geek Squad come over to help mount a TV and I have recommended them to others.

The Geek Squad installed our new 65 inch Sony TV. They were very fast and professional. I really like tools they use to locate the studs, then set the screws. So glad I didn't try to do it myself. Plus, after we got some new furniture, we needed to move the TV about 10 inches. Thanks to being a Total Tech Support Member, it was a reasonable charge to get them back and move it. Once again a timely install and professional.

Once the geek squad arrived, it was 2 days after they were supposed to be there, probably because either the wrong phone number or not having the gate code, the installers did a great job, and their expertise was unmatched. They also provided me with handy hints on items that would utilize the system better without seeing the wiring.
