Did great job in mounting the new TV and very professional in the job.

TV works well, but the installation was exceptional and quick. The tech's ability to program the TV was mind-blowing. I was mesmerized by his agility and dexterity in entering the data in the remote control. Best clean up!

The agents worked with my schedule. They were professional, so very helpful and very thorough in making sure that everything was hooked up correctly and working as it was intended. Matt and Kevin were great!

I can not say enough about the fantastic job the Geek Squad member did mounting and setting up my TV. He was very professional and took care of removing all the packing materials from the TV. He also let me know he was on the way and during set up he made sure I was happy with the placement before he drilled any holes.

The team was awesome! The called the day before and then when they were 30 minutes away. They removed my old mount put up the new one and then put the tv on the mount! They were quick respectful and I really appreciate what they did for me! Outstanding work!!

This mount does its job for sure. Planned on putting the TV in the corner of my living room but ended up having to mount it flat to a wall because it was too big for the mount to do all that. Still love it

The guy was great, polite, professional. Even wore booties over his shoes to prevent a mess. We had bad weather. The TV was mounted great so far. We haven't really moved into that guest bedroom, but if feels strong & sturdy, turns nice, etc. The only complaint I could have was he left a bit if garbage from the shipping box on the floor but I still give him a 10!

We purchased the Geek Squad installation and mounting for our 55" Samsung for our console which can be lowered and raised as we desire. The Geek Squad (Andy & Alex) not only did a perfect job of installation and mounting of the TV, but provided excellent, detailed training on all the features available on the Samsung smart TV. We were very, very impressed with the work of Andy and Alex and would strongly recommend them to anyone needed TV connection and mounting.

Why install a huge 85 inch TV yourself and risk breaking it when these guys will come and install it. Totally worth the value to not risk breaking high value items.

The installer was a contractor, not a BestBuy employee. He knew the job very well, and worked quickly and efficiently. He had miscellaneous parts (bolts etc) in his tool kit and did not to back & forth to tge truck for tools, etc. Personable and professional. I offered to help, but he handled everything. He removed the old TV from the wall mount and installed the new TV. Then very precisely centered it and arranged the cables to minimize their presence. Afterwards, we checked the TV operation; the channels seemed fine, but the wifi signal was weak making it difficult to stream channels. After he left, i checked the TV channels and most were missing. This was a cable company issue, not an installation issue. But after a half hour on the phone with the cable company tech person, all channels were available and functioning. The installer did an excellent job.

They in stalled a Sony 85 inch TV and did a great job. Looks great and work very well.

The geek squad team doing the installation was absolutely fantastic. Very professional, efficient and thorough in how they did the installation and offered guidance in how to position the tv based on the mount used and accessing the tv for connecting additional cables later on. Every part of their process was professional and highly impressive. Great experience overall!
