I bought a TV for my almost 80 year old mother and the person who did the set up could not have been nicer or more helpful. He was patient with her and taught her how to use the tv (it was a smart tv). He also set it up so she could have access other networks. I was so appreciative for the service she received. Thank you for taking care of my mom!!

Seeing as I was simply replacing an old tv that had been mounted here before, and all they hd to do was moun the new one, they did a fine job. I was able to do other things while they did it.

The service guy was excellent and he did a wonderful job. I had my TV mounted on the wall and he did a great job, He arrived on the time he said and cleaned up his mess and asked if I needed anything else and he was good to go. He programmed the TV and got TV all ready to go. I totally recommend him. This was worth the protection plan . Thanks again John S.

Amazing customer service! Both techs put us at ease when our wall was difficult to work with. They were both so helpful and kind and took time to explain in detail any questions I had. They were incredibly personable and that was extremely important to me. They made my tv look amazing and perfect. So happy about the look, but even more happy about their service. If I could I would repeatedly request just these two techs every time.

The installers were great. It was a quick install of my tv on my wall

The agents kept in constant contact prior to the installation and were very polite upon arriving. They were cautious and very neat. They installed a wall mount bracket and hid all wires. The TV looks great!

The Geek Squad set up our television, even down to the little details. Nothing was left undone.

The Geek Squad agents were wonderful. Before purchasing any additional equipment an agent came to our house znd and explained what we would need and hos thry would seg it up. They were fantastic. Wd now have the tv where we wanted it and th we viewing experience is great!

Adella and her team expertly mounted the wall mount, overcoming constraints in the size of the frame it was to be attached to. They installed and setup the TV and then connected it to the existing DirectTV system, gave me some basic instructions, and opinions on accessories we might want down the road.

Great service! They truly knew what they were doing and took care to explain the new TV and verify where I wanted the TV mounted on our wall. Cleaned up after themselves and instructed on basic use. Overall fantastic experience

People were very nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions, and even though they did not install my TV to a wall (part because I didn't want to and I wasn't sure if I could be able to), they were very willing to assist with making sure that the TV was good and ready before leaving.

Brian and his colleague (apologies but I do not recall his name) from the Springfield, VA location were great. They were prompt, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and I will definitely use them again. The mounted our 75 inch tv in less than 10 minutes and Brian had some great recommendations for our family room downstairs.

For context - Our purchase was a new TV, 2 TV mounts, move and mount an existing TV and, mount and install the new TV. In a nutshell, the service, set-up and installation was excellent! Our Geek Squad tech - Brandon, was thorough, pleasant and definitely knew what he was doing. For the price, we received all that could possibly have been expected. I highly recommend!
