The two gentlemen that installed our TV were absolutely amazing! They were kind, intelligent and quick.

Excellent job. The installers were very professional. I was informed of the arrival time and they showed up as stated. Everything went well and they did not leave until I was fully happy. Took the time to show me how to operate the entire system.

The techs delivered, mounted my 55” Samsung TV, and made sure all connections and tv settings were in proper working order. My old tv was also taken away.

So the crew arrived on time the first install but having to replace the first TV for another on due to manufacture issues I needed another install day. Second time around the came late and actually cause damage to one of my home theater speakers that wasn’t even part of the install, and scratched the TV they were taking back. I did get reimbursed for the damage caused to my property by the insurance company but not without going through hurdles.

Well, the geek squad guys mounted it and it seems to do everything for which it was purchased. We're happy with the set up for our new TV.

BestBuy contracted our installation service to a third party so installation could occur a week sooner than their installers. Thus while under the BestBuy umbrella this was not a direct Geek Squad service. The third party installers were great and the installation went flawlessly. Very happy with the service and getting things installed within a week of purchase.

The installation of our wall mounted TV went very smoothly. Alex was very professional. He contacted us prior to arrival and arrived precisely on time. He was very careful, courteous and knowledgeable. Our TV was up and running very quickly. Great service.

This is the 2nd time I have had Geek Squad install TV's in my new home for a total of 3 TV's. Geek Squad always stays in contact leading up to your appointment time. When installing the tv, they are accurate and take the time to make sure the job is done write. All while cleaning whatever mess they made up and being friendly. I will continue to use Geek Squad for everything installed in my home.

Bram Wilens did an absolutely outstanding job of mounting my TV. Not only that, he spent a lot of time showing me features of the TV and showing me how to operate the remote. I highly recommend him and The Geek Squad.

The Geek Squad guys are definitely the "heroes" of this install. They got it all installed, set up and working very quickly. The wall mount would've have taken me all day and they had it up so fast and made it look so easy! So glad I had them do this work.

Both installers that came to house were fantastic. Very polite and professional and got the job done quickly. One of the best experiences I've had with an in home service.

Work was all done correctly, looked professional. They mounted and added a power source wall kit to hide the wires. You could do it yourself but if you aren’t inclined to do that sort of thing this is a good option. Be aware they charger you to mount it. Then again to install the kit on top of paying for the kit. If you are a total tech support member it is nearly half off.

Our installers Will Johntry and his Assistant Mica were Fantastic. Neat, well mannered and very efficient. Their Professionalism was just what we had hoped for. Will even said we could call him if we had any questions...It took three weeks to finally get everything installed, 12 hours of waiting with minimal communication, that is until Will did our install, once again a great Geek Squad expierence!

Geek squad came in and installed my TV and briefed me on its functions for optimizing my TV watching experience. Thank you, geek squad!

The Geek Squad guys were great. The two of them worked so well together and were so efficient. They paid attention to details that others might have ignored. I'm pretty stubborn about asking for assistance, but it paid off big time having this installation completed correctly.

PRO: The agents were knowledgeable and courteous. They securely mounted the TV at the perfect height and gathered the cord and cable behind the TV for an uncluttered look. CON: I know there must be a good reason BUT I wish the appointment window could be shorter

The 2 gentlemen who installed my wall mounted TV were terrific. They were respectful of my flooring, concerned that the TV was mounted in just the right spot, helped with the programing and cleaned up all the trash that was from the box (they took everything out to the trash/recycle).

Communication was great. They actually give a reliable time the day before even though they say 8-1 or 12-7. The technicians are much nicer to work with than the general emails from some corporate location. Extremely professional and quick. Also, gave some great tips (even on other products that I was setting up myself).
