I was not home when the agent connected the new tv, but my husband was. Unfortunately, my husband did not know all the necessary information for connection, so the agent came back a second time to get the needed information for setup. The agent was excellent and very knowledgeable!

The agents were on time, friendly and hard working. They stated they were unable to use the TV wall mount I purchased from Amazon.com. Since I wanted my tv hung I purchased on from the agents. “Luckily” they happened to have a brand new tv mount in their van. I don’t know if BestBuy forces the Geek Squad to push BestBuy products in their customers home. Just seemed very suspicious.

The guys were prompt and diligent with their work. Everything was completed in a timely manner. Very friendly.

Very good Technicians, they know their business and are very helpful, I can highly recommend their service. They take time to thoroughly explain how to use the equipment they install, and they take all of there empty boxes with them when they go.

I usually hang and wire high / low voltage myself, because i am picky. BB intallers were very professional, careful, courteous and quick. Very happy with the install.

Geek squad was incredible performing five mounts in my home. They provided updates on arrival time, were courteous, knowledgeable, and even added all my apps with my usernames and passwords. Helped with Sonos config and all connections. They were respectful of our home and safety all wearing masks. Did not leave until we were completely satisfied

I think the geek squad was great. They were knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. They made sure everything with in there perview was done right and explained the answers I needed.

Best Buy & Geek Squad always get my TVs mounted correctly in my house. They always explain to me what they doing and why and they make sure everything works and they clean up.

The two gentlemen who delivered and installed our TV worked quickly and did a good job. We are very happy with their service.

The 2 Geek Squad guys did an excellent job. Mounted the TV on the wall, connected to the sound bar and cable box quickly and efficiently. Got everything synched and left me fully happy with their work.

Mounted, installed TV & Sonos sound bar. Removed old TV & TV mount. Sorted some Sonos issues for us. Overall well done but small problem with the Sonos wall mount which were able to fix ourselves.

The geek squad arrived on time and completed everything they were asked to do with professionalism. Answered all questions,removed old tv and cleaned up. Very happy with the results!

What a great job was done to install my TV mount. The service was great and they did a fantastic job.

The first time it was installed was wrong, they have to come to fix it, otherwise was in danger of falling. The second time the installer knew what he was doing

Two guys came over to set up the tv and they were very helpful, one of them set up everything and the other guy answer all my questions. I had the TV on the wall and running in no time. Excellent service.

Super efficient and friendly installation of my new tv. My team came early and hooked up all my new equipment (and some old) quickly and correctly! My entertainment system is better than ever. I couldn’t be happier and will for sure use geek squad again.
