Excellent customer service and support! Mr. Matt, Mr. Kenny and Mr. Jake did a tremendous job installing my Sonos wall mount!!!! They explained the steps throughout the entire process and offered an in-wall Cable management option. Absolutely first class in every aspect of the installation process!!! Thank you!!!!

Just purchased a 77" TV for $3100+ and would have no one but Qeek Squad for delivery and wall mount and setup. Team delivered on time, were very friendly, set up all the bells and whistles and connections, cleaned up and departed. I ALWAYS use Geek Squad for delivery and installation. Best ever and well worth the price.

I have always used TV stands and didn't know what to expect when I scheduled a wall installation for a new 75 inch Sony. The Geek guys were really great to explain their process, ask for my preferences for placement of equipment, and very precise measuring for exactly centered parts. They explained how to use everything including a Harmony remote which allows me to keep all the equipment in a cabinet out of sight.

I had two appointments, which is a little unnecessary. They were to remove the TVs from one residence and reinstall in a new house. Rather than just follow the TVs to the new house, another crew was scheduled for the install. Regardless, they did a terrific job on the installations and everything looked and worked great.

The guys who did my tv install were great. They were polite, neat( made and left no mess), professional and were done with my install in about 20 minutes. Have used geek squad many times and will continue to use them.

Agents connected everything. They arrived on time, listened to our concerns and got to work. The work was well done and they cleaned up when they were done. Overall this was a great experience compared to other HandyMan services that originally tried to mount the TV...

TV was installed successfully, but later on when uninstalling due to us moving we discovered that most of the screws were stripped. The guy who serviced us also didn’t speak great English so we couldn’t communicate well with him but all in all he successfully installed our 84” tv.

The guys were friendly and set up the tv in a few minutes. Also gave us tip on how to care for the tv, clean up after themselves left nothing behind. I am very satisfied with the service.

Geek squad was excellent when installing. Would recommend anytime!!! They really have great knowledge and will Make sure your walls are fully checked before doing any work.

Our home entertainment system install required a two-step process First step was to pre-wire for speakers, TV & components before walls and ceilings were installed. Dwayne did such a good job that we requested that he return to complete the process by mounting the TV, hooking everything up and testing and adjusting all components to insure maximum performance. Couldn't be happier with final results!

Tech went above and beyond to make sure my parents TV was installed after the 1st tech was a no show. He was off for the day but took the call. Did a great job on the install.

I loved the TV mount but I especially loved the 2 guys who installed it. They were on time, extremely fast and VERY helpful with other questions.

Best Buy agent’s adjusted the wall mount and installed the 85” TV in a timely manner. They were polite and respectful of my property. They also cleaned up after the install. I am very pleased with Best Buy.

The Geek Squad brought our new TV and installed it which was a wall mount. They were very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. This is absolutely the way to go. They were in an out in a short time. They showed me the different aspects of the TV and how to operate it. Their service has us sold - way to go Geek Squad!
