The agents were meticulous and did a fantastic job mounting my 75 inch TV

I love the Geek Squad for installations. That being said...I have the total tech support which has significantly raised its prices over the last few months without warning. It used to be $49 for an install of TV mount and now it's almost $200. Not so sure if I'd renew because the tech support is not good.

This TV flush mount was offered to me at the last minute to make this 65 inch TV hang the best way to showcase the picture, the TV and the 3/16 of an inch TV thickness . Everyone comments on the viewing presentation and I am happy that the Geek Squad made the suggestion.

Excellent work by tech and didn’t take long to mount the tv or the connections to everything. Very pricey

The agents who mounted the TV were quite unprepared and had no idea they were to connect devices (so they didn't). BUT Mike (who came back a second time--he was the one who did the scouting) was terrific and in all ways i'd give him the very highest rating.

The agents were very knowledgeable and friendly! Great customer service although I had to pay over $900 for 3 TVs. It should be the one visit. Very pricey

Great service. They told what was needed to be done and got it done in less than 30 minutes. tv 85 inch was mounted perfectly and then explanation on menus details on new tv was explained. awesome job

Agents did a great job mounting our TV over a previously mounted TV area. They were able to lay it flat to the wall and fit it perfectly in the space

The installers did a good job. They were very careful not to damage furniture, floor or wall. My one reservation is that BestBuy charges too much for this service ($250).

Geek Squad did an amazing job mounting my 65 inch TV. They were very professional and courteous. They made me feel very at ease due their professionalism. They mounted my tv exactly where I wanted it without any issues. I would definitely recommend using their services.

When the Geek Squad came out to set up our tv they assured us that our original mount was sufficient for the larger screen. They saved us money which is always a good thing!

Great service from the Geek Squad service in asking important questions regarding the location of the mounting of the tv and soundbar. They were very professional and suggested updating my surge protector and making sure that it was up to date with my new appliances. They went over how to use the new tv and soundbar and made sure that I knew how to use the products before they left my home. They were awesome!

Geek Squad didn't keep their appointments but we were able to pick this TV and wall mount at the store to install this ourselves. Clear instructions and there was no missing parts. Well made and the movement functions made it easy to install.

I had a great duo team to install my 85 inch Sony tv with the sound bar.
