Samuel and Majid did exactly what I had requested, which was to mount my TV on the wall in the kitchen, connect it up to Verizon One, help me (and show me) how to get Disney plus, HBO max and make sure it all worked. They did a great job and patiently showed me how to go online after they left so that I felt confident enough to do this myself.

The Geek Squad agents that did this install were excellent! Very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. They tested all the equipment and ensured that we knew how to use all functionality related to our new tv system. Couldn't wait to get a survey to give them the kudos they deserve.

Agent was professional, friendly, and, most importantly, extremely good at what he did. Got that mount up quickly, with no mess, no muss, and no fuss. He took the time to listen and understand exactly what I was after in terms of the mount and translated that into leaving me with the home video experience I could have imagined.

Couldn't have asked for better service. The tech was very nice and knowledgeable and walked me through the menu and settings on my new tv and answered all of my questions and made it easy to understand ....i recommend highly and would use again in the future for piece of mind in knowing everything was done correctly and I am in good hands!

For the job that was done, this is overpriced in my opinion, although the techs did a good job. They mounted the tv and go everything working, but you’d think they’d have predetermined setting to make show/movies and games look good. However, they left straight away once it was mounted and everything seemed to be working. They didn’t even tell me how to make the universal magic remote work with my Apple TV 4K.

Daniel and Jessica are very capable and knowledgeable about their job and how to make sure the customer is happy.

The Geek Squad guys that installed the TV Mount to hang the TV on the wall was very organize, neat, professor and knowledgeable. They had an answer for the questions that I asked. It didn’t take long to complete the job.

The Geek Squad arrived on time with all the components needed to complete the job (TV, mount, in wall kit). They were very efficient and completed the job within an hour. They made sure all the controllers and sound bar were working properly. The vacuumed up all the dust and hauled away all the boxes and debris. We were very pleased with the courtesy and care the Squad provided.

The Geek Squad located the wall mount location, marked it and proceeded to attach the bracket, ready for the TV. The neatness of the install was especially appreciated. All cords and cable devices were mounted with zip ties to the bracket so when the install was complete it appeared to "float" on the wall. Very efficient service.

Great service! The senior tech even evaluated the wall and saved me money by informing me that the wall was not deep enough to install a recessed in wall power kit to hide the cords. They arrived on time and so far there have been no issues.

Geek squad delivered and set up 87 Samsung 87. I wish I would have purchased sound bar at the same time for set up they were very knowledgeable and had the tv mounted and working bin 30 minutes I would recommend this service

My Geek Squad installers were the best. They were awesome. Geek squad went way above my expectations. After drilling, etc. they cleaned everything up. They also worked with me on where to mount my television and even provided advice, that even I never would have thought of, to meet my expectations. Very glad I paid for the service and they even gave a walk through after the install with my products. A+++ job!

A-plus service and a well done job. Technician (Mr. Will) came as per appointment schedule, but the TV had not been delivered. He could have re-scheduled, BUT went above and beyond and tracked the TV and went and brought himself and installed. Impressive!

The geek squad mounted a large tv on a wall that was difficult to work with. They worked until they had the job done, were very professional and made sure I knew how to work everything once they finished. They explained a few different items I may want to purchase to advance the sound system. Excellent team .... thanks Best Buy!
