I haven't used a Geek Squad in a long time but when I had this TV mounted over the fireplace you needed to know what you were doing. And these guys definitely did.

iPad multiple teams come to my home for various installs. I highly recommend the service. They are so professional so knowledgeable and so nice!

Great mount. We had the Geek Squad mount it. No way we could have done it correctly. It has great range of motion and the ability to move to avoid glare from sun. Geek squad was so very helpful and polite. They even went into programming and removed unnecessary options and renamed inputs to avoid any confusion. Love those guys

These agents mounted and set up my TV. Everything is working great and I enjoy it very much.

This was a great service, delivered my new tv, wall mounted it and made sure it connected to all of my devices and they even fixed my soundbar set up so that it works properly.

Install text were great. Couldn’t ask for a great couple of guys to install and hook up all my equipment. Gotta love the geek squad.

We purchased a Total Tech membership when we purchased our 65" LG OLED TV. The install of TV and mounting bracket was free with our Total tech membership, and install was on a brick wall requiring special mounting fasteners. There was some confusion between Best Buy and the installers regarding the install date and it appears the confusion was on the part of Best Buy. Still, a great quality install.

Quick, clean, polite, but most of all knowledgeable - handled installation in our old house well (dealt with uneven floor/ceiling and made TV look level and knew what to do with plaster walls). So wish I could remember the men’s names [the trainee was Ben? and the team lead was ??].

Bo and Luis were amazing. On time professional expert and just really good guys. Requested them back for next project and service was 10/10 again. Highly recommend.

The installation of our new TV was super fast and professionally done. All of our devices were quickly synced. Service is the reason we love to shop at Best Buy!

Made the mistake of getting installation during the holiday season. Best Buy hires a third party company during the busy season. Very unreliable. Never received a call saying they weren’t coming. Only a call at the end of the day asking to reschedule. When they finally came they were okay and hung my tv efficiently. Next time I will wait for the actual Geek Squad. Should have been told up front that it wasn’t going to be them, instead a third party.

Wall installation of my TV was exceptional. Tech’s arrived as scheduled. I was notified prior to arrival for an exact ETA. The tech’s couldn’t have been any nicer or professional. Installation was quick. I highly recommend the Total Tech Service.

The agents who mounted our new 65 in Samsung were outstanding. They set everything up as well as explaining the new TV. Would definitely recommend this service.

I highly recommend the service I received for the install of my tv over my fireplace. They arrived at the designated appointment time, were courteous and knew exactly what I needed to have done. They work quickly and efficiently ensuring everything was to my satisfaction.

I had their names written down and I cannot remember but I hope they are acknowledged for their excellent service. Not only were they quick and professional, they went above and beyond in setting up everything and educating me. They made sure I understood everything thoroughly before leaving. 100 stars if I could, best two geek squad members ever.

The two gentlemen that came to put up my 75” tv were very knowledgeable and careful. They went above and beyond to hear what I wanted (it’s an awkward space) and make sure it worked before doing anything we couldn’t undo. They also went above and beyond to get my sound bar to work properly with my app that I was having trouble with. I’ve had two installations at different locations now and both were very professional. Only thing I’d say was a bummer after the excitement of getting everything in place is I had asked for the cable management materials that they said they’d bring hadn’t been used. But I can’t complain and they left it in a way I can easily organize myself.
