My service technician Chris Hullon was great, very professional, courtesy, and personable. He arrived to install my tv on-time, did an outstanding job with the installation. I am very satisfied with his service.

A contracted installation tech actually did the install of my sound bar & tv bracket. The two techs that arrived were polite, professional, and extremely precise! They checked measurements 3 times before drilling holes, and verifying the tv & sound bar were exactly centered. Highly, highly recommend having Best Buy coordinate your installation!

My technician was awesome! A lot of people may choose to install their own TVs or soundbar themselves, but my Geek Squad Team (Installer) provided professional service well worth my investment. They know the tricks of the trade to ensure all my systems were up and running, mounted in the perfect place, and synced in no time! Great professional service at minimal cost.

The guys did a good job and it only took 30 minutes. But they did not hook up my components. I think for 200 bucks it should be included like it said when I ordered the service. I spent another 2 hours of mine own time setting the components back up. Wasn't real happy about that or what I paid for for what I got.

Well worth being a Tech Support member. The team was extremely professional. Made sure the TV was mounted exactly where we wanted it. Made suggestions and put the power behind the wall. Then set up all of our channels & made sure everything worked properly before leaving for their next appointment!

Technicians came on site and had the TV mounted within minutes. I had a 75 inch TV and there was no way I could have done the install myself. The technicians had the TV mounted over our fireplace within minutes and had setup completed. The install was bundled with purchase of the TV but I would have paid for it without the bundle because it was 100% worth it.

Outstanding customer service and installation by Chris and Jake with Geek squad. Original tv and speaker was having technical issues to be was quickly replaced.

Excellent!!! Two rep team worked expediently. Answered all my questions. Left my house clean of any paper/cardboard and my damaged TV. Highly recommend letting the Geek squad handle your issues.

The geek squad who came to install the tv could not have been better. They took their time and informed me during the entire process they were mounting the TV and left me feeling very comfortable with how they installed everything. I was not afraid to ask the simple questions you would ask such as specifics of the tv, what is 4k really on a tv, etc when they were here.

Technicians arrived on time and efficiently completed the installation within about 30 minutes. They demonstrated the TV and explained the remote control functions. Also, they reconnected my Roku device saving me the trouble of initiating new service for several streaming channels.

Was told at the store when placing order that the crew ‘worked on older homes all the time and that lath and plaster walls were fine…’ Order placed by store associate thusly included parts necessary to conceal wires into wall. Crew showed up and said they don’t cut into lath walls and that they would have to surface mount. Crew promised to return parts and we wouldn’t be charged. This hasn’t been the case and after speaking with store manager, was informed that the crew hadn’t yet put the parts back into system yet and not to worry we wouldn’t be charged. Now have filed a dispute with Best Buy. Also should have installers write down instructions for the new universal remote ….

Service was professional. They arrived a little early to our house. They were in and out in just over an hour. They cleaned up after the installation and the work done was perfect! Thank you Geek Squad.

The agents were great. Mounted TV on the wall, hooked DVD player, and Headset unit. A very clean install as there was no drywall dust from drilling holes for mount. They were clean, polite, and very helpful explaining the operation of TV worked. They were in and out in 45 min.

We are overall happy with our TV Mount Installation plus speaker surround set up. The Geek squad team of Richard, Mikayla and Sal did an awesome job. They are all nice and respectful. Thank you very much. Ill be glad to get your service again. Keep up the great work.

My installers were extremely professional and courteous, and did the job very quickly, especially compared to how long it would have taken me! The install was pretty straightforward for them, and they hooked everything up and tested it out. Everything went very smoothly, great job! Very satisfied.
