Great Job, just a little late getting to the house, but did a perfect job.

The delivery went smoothly. The techs kept me updated when they would arrive. They were very knowledgeable and courteous.

They took my old tv down. No new installation as far as what the tv hooked up to because we were able to use what we already had to hang the new tv. They got the job done fairly quickly.

The agents were careful, knowledgeable and worked quickly. They even made some recommended changes to the basic TV settings to ensure better picture quality, were great at explaining the various settings on the TV (no operator's manual was included) and did their work in a professional but friendly fashion

The most professional and knowledgeable installers that I have ever had. They worked efficiently and were extremely good. Cleaned up the entire area. James and Rob should be recognized for going beyond a normal service call. They recommend a better bracket and were meticulous in measuring and installing.

Drew and Roy were unbelievable in their assistance yesterday. They had the daunting task of mounting two tv's(one 85 inches) and connecting a surround sound system. They were very quick to provide me with reasonable answers to all of the questions and concerns I had for both of them. Highly recommend Geek Squad installation in the future!

Good tv mount for 48 to 70 inch tvs and east to install

I recently purchased a TV mount, and I must say, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. This product has exceeded all my expectations and has proven to be an excellent addition to my entertainment setup.

Very friendly, courteous and professional. Offered suggestions that were for my safety and did an excellent job with the set-up. Very patient with senior individuals and made sure I understood the tv operation.

The mountings of TVs on May 6 was excellent. They knew exactly where the placements should be based on sizes of TVs. The were quick and knew what they were doing.
