I want to tell Best Buy thank you for being there for me and my family. My daughter Antonique wanted to buy me a TV for Mother's Day , which was the greatest gift ever. Best Buy Delivered my TV on time and set up my Channels. I called Best Buy an d add my daughter to my acc. just in case she want's to buy me and the else.

We have had the Geek Squad come to our home twice and it was a great experience both times. Good communication along with good service was appreciated. The projects were completed by skilled professionals and we were very pleased with the end results. We will definitely be using the Geek Squad again when needed in the future!

The Geek Squad agent installed my TV super fast and explained everything to me. He was awesome!

Ashley, the agent sent to mount my TV did an excellent job. He encountered some challenges because of the specific location I wanted the TV mounted. Instead of rushing through the process, he took his time to think through the best solution and ensured that the TV was mounted securely and properly.

Geek Squad is one of the best services offered at Best Buy. I’ve used both of their in-store and home install services several times and they are fantastic every single time. Very nice and courteous staff.

These guys are true professionals. They have mounted 5 or 6 TVs for me and completed other services as well. I have never been disappointed. They are always friendly and respectful. These guys care about my floors and my walls and they always make sure I’m completely satisfied before they leave. To some, the cost may be high, but trust me....it’s well worth it to call the Geek Squad.

Although i could have installed the wall mount myself, my tv was too heavy for me to manipulate on my own. I opted for the geek squad install and i could not be more impressed. These guys were very professional, fast and clean. I would definitely recommend using thia service. They will run thru a tutorial of how things work as well as disassembly as well. Great job

It was great to be able to have Geek Squad reinstall my TV after I moved to Florida. Technician was pleasant, knowledgeable, and neat. I’m very pleased with his work, and with BestBuy!

The geek Squad personnel did an excellent job removing my old TV from my wall and transferring my wall bracket to my new TV and mounting it on the wall. They also set up the new TV with my Fire Stick and got everything in running order.

Entire installation was very quick and efficient. I was told of potential problems and solutions. I was asked, when options existed, to select what worked best for me. They had all of the tools and supplies needed. They put down mats to protect our floors and the components. They cleaned up after themselves. They showed us how all of the components worked before they left.

First crew very helpful. Made recommendations that resulted in a great finished product. Only dig was not cleaning up the dust they created. Second crew (replacing the first defective TV were top shelf.

Great purchase. This made a world of a difference in how that space looks. The mounting hardware is a good price and sturdy enough to hold my 65” television. I’m putting all of my televisions on the wall. Pleased 100%!
