We had our TV installed, and the old one taken away in less than an hour. Made sure we were comfortable operating the new TV and had all our questions answered.

The Geek Squad guys came and were excellent. This is the second time I have had them install a tv during the pandemic. They wear masks (and do I while they are here) and are friendly and offer all kinds of advice. I can do a mount myself, but not as quickly and effort free and these guys. I’ll continue to use them when I need a tv mounted.

This task would have been very difficult for me. A geek squad team came and knocked it out in minimum time. I wish the initial appointment window was more precise. But I'm very satisfied with the install and service.

The agent who came was excellent in mounting the tv and taking the old tv down. He was professional in every way and took time to explain all the features on the new tv and how to access them. Very impressed with the service but honestly I’ve come to expect excellent service since I’ve been dealing with Best Buy for over 20 years

This particular wall mount for my Sony television was installed by the geek squad. This unit can articulate left and right and also tilt top and bottom it’s very smooth and supports the large 75 inch TV. The quality of the metal the anodization of paint and the hardware provided are spot on and the unit even though hidden by the TV looks very good and well constructed

The agents arrived in a timely matter, mounted and setup my TV and connected all my devices. They worked quickly and efficiently and talked me through the whole process. They were super friendly. I have nothing but good things to say about the team that did the work. I hope all the folks you contract work to are this wonderfu;!

Love this service, its so easy to just let others do the heavy lifting. Geek Squad has mounted every tv in my house and I don't trust anyone else.

The Geek Squad was on time, took their time doing the install correctly, and setup all my services. We tipped the guys and fed them bacon that my wife was cooking. We'd highly recommend the Geek Squad install for large tv's.

The technician was so quick, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was very friendly and accommodating. He was able to utilize the existing wall mount and the entire delivery, installation and recycling process took less then a half hour.

We purchased an 85” TV from BestBuy and needed professional help mounting it on the wall. The Geek Squad came out on time and did a wonderful job mounting the bracket to the wall exactly where we wanted it and then hung that 85” beast on the bracket. They had all the tools with them and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend this service to anyone on the fence needing qualified techs.

The agents who showed up were great. They set the tv and soundbar up and explained every aspect of what they were doing and if they encountered an issue would talk about it with us before proceeding. They then walked us through how to work the two units and cleaned up everything. We were very happy with the service.
