Geek squad recently installed my TV and was fast and professional.

Window was 830-1230. I received a call at 845 they would be there in about 30 minutes, which they were. The two gentleman who came in were very kind, professional, and efficient. They did an excellent job. They also wore surgical masks the whole time and put on booties to protect the floors.

These guys went above and beyond. Made sure everything was straight and the wires were hidden. Great service

I don’t usually like to fill these surveys out but I actually was looking forward to this one. Michael, Tony and Marcus of the geek squad performed a custom installation of my 85” television, AV receiver and surround sound speakers, I moved the TV from the wall that the old one was on to a new position because of the size. The surround sound speakers were already in the ceiling and it was expected that the speaker wires could just been brought to the other wall where the TV was. As it turned out the existing speaker wires were stapled and could not be rerouted. This didn’t slow the geek squad down. They regrouped and treated it as a new install and pulled all new wire. Even though this added substantial time to the work that needed to be performed, the geek squad stuck with their original estimate to me and did not charge me extra for this extra work. While this exceeded my expectations from a financial perspective, it would have meant little if the work didn’t. The custom install came out beautifully. All wires concealed, all equipment set up and everything explained thoroughly. I feel that I have more than made up the membership fee for the geek squad Tech Support and I’ve got 11 months left. What a great deal.

My service technician Chris Hullon was great, very professional, courtesy, and personable. He arrived to install my tv on-time, did an outstanding job with the installation. I am very satisfied with his service.

Geek Squad was good, they installed both TV on the wall mounts I bought. They were fast.

The Geeks came, mounted the set, connected all the wires, disposed of the packing material and left the area as if they had not been there! The geeks answered all my questions, and explained all the Tv gun ruins and controls. Excellent service!!

Dillon and his crew where professional, courteous and personable. They had my TV mounted in no time and went over the ins and outs of it.

They arrived early without a call. Installation was quick and efficient. I'm not sure if they set up the Direct TV box correctly, but we manage.

Geek Squad does it again! David came out to install the mount and hang the tv for me. He was great. Took his time doing an expert job. Also spent a good deal of time doing the initial set-up of the tv programing which I really appreciate. He made sure I understood the basic functions before he left.

It was well-worth having the experts handle the wall mounting and setting up a large tv.

They were friendly, knowledgeable and careful with our tv installation. They have great advice for what to buy to mount our tv and did a wonderful job!

The Geek Squad Techs removed our old TV from it's wall mounting & set it aside for removal the following day. They installed the new larger TV on the same wall mount, connected our Sonos external speaker and the wireless X1 box. Lastly these G.S. techs adjusted the sets settings for optimum performance. All in all, a job well done.

I was impressed with the Agent's perseverance in getting all my equipment to work with the AP's that controlled my sound bars. It took several different attempted solutions before every thing worked properly, but he never gave up. Mounting the equipment was easy compared to setting up the software for my high end equipment that produced the sound.

The team did a great job of mounting my TV's. They were on time and very courteous. They checked in with me a few times during the install to make sure I was happy with decisions they were making. Totally worth it...especially with TOTALTECH plan.

Agents were on time and installed mount and TV in timely manner. Setup necessary connections and Roku Streamer. Cleaned up and took box, etc. on our request. Very personable during the entire time.

Save yourself all the stress of installing a Large TV!!! Excellent job and very efficent!!
