Outstanding installation team! I was a little worried about how the installation would go considering what had to be done, but both of them pulled it off with minimal effort. I was impressed with the knowledge and expertise with both of them. Thank you for a stupendous job!

Geek Squad service was great! They called before arrival and showed up on time. When our existing TV mount didn't work with the TV we purchased, one of the agents went back to the store and got one that did. We did not have to reschedule; everything was completed as scheduled!

The agents delivered and installed my 77” LG OLED as a priority but wasn’t aware of the other relocation of the existing OLED. As promised, they returned a few days later to complete the order. I had a 50 inch tv mounted in the fellowship hall of my church for a game night that we had planned that evening. They sent two people and both were very professional. They mounted the tv very quickly and made sure that everything was in good working order. They were only here about 30 minutes and showed up on time. Everything works great!

The guys that came out were very professional and friendly. They did a great job removed the old tv and wall mount. Then they installed the new wall mount and mounted the tv. They cleaned up after themselves. They placed everything back like it was and configured the remotes too. Very impressed, great job and service.

The agents were very knowledgeable of mounting tvs on walls and connected the devices without any problems. They also connected me to the streaming services I requested and explained how to operate the tv. I was very happy with the service I got and would use the geek squad again.
