The Geek squad crew has been here to my home twice now installing complicated wall hanging 'frame tvs.' Both installations went very smoothly and could not have been more professionally handled start to finish. Installation and delivery is definitely now the strong point of Best Buy.

Geek squad was well worth the extra fee to install. They were curtious and cleaned up all boxes. They mounted the 64inch tv to the wall and set up the sound bar. Also, explaining how to operate Both. I would have never managed this on my own. Very satisfied With work and would recommend

Very professional! I had already had the TV installed by someone else but decided to add a sound bar. I had Geek Squad install the sound bar only to discover the tv had not been mounted properly. I am very pleased with the results after Geek Squad fixed it!!

They did the job professionally and efficiently. They made sure to only use items that would work long term.

They did an excellent job moving my old TV (to make room for my new one) to another room, mounting it flush to the wall in a difficult and tight corner. Attention to detail was 100% and they showed genuine care that it looked good where it was, was level, etc.

Brandon did a great job mounting two new TVs on the wall. He made sure all the cables I needed to connect were in place and he patiently explained the key features as he set up the TVs. Cleaned up after service as well. Appreciate it.

I might have forgotten one of the young men's name regardless Warren and Myles? Deserve a 5 star rating for everything. I couldn't be more pleased and I'm hoping to see either one of them once I get the internet and cable hooked up. They where very impressive.

Dylan and his associate were excellent. Delivered the TV, installed the stand, programmed it. All was done efficiently and well. After receiving a call from someone at Best Buy that morning saying the TV was not available and wouldn’t be available for months, I canceled the order. Several hours later, Dylan called to say he had the TV and stand and would be right over to set it up. A pleasant surprise. He had found the set on the sales floor. He was not aware of the call I had received earlier. I commend him for finding the set. He and his associate were knowledgeable and helpful?

I'm a 74-year-old senior who can't do the things I use to do. The Geek Squad tech who delivered the TV and set it up was great. He knew his stuff. Was friendly and answered all my questions. He showed me how to use some of the new technology, so I feel confident using my new TV. He also did a great job cleaning up the boxes. I have never been disappointed in the service from the Geek Squad.

The Geek Squad were on time. Very carefully mounted TV with the frame , then showed me how to work it. Nice, mannerly guys.

The technician properly mounted the TV and for the most part got it hooked up to the cable and internet. He wasn't especially familiar with Shentel cable and internet, however, and we had to ask Shentel to come out and finish the setup.
