The 2 Geek Squad personnel were absolutely wonderful. They arrived on time, did the installation professionally & quickly and helped me learn a few new things about my surround sound package and internet/Television. I would recommend these 2 gentlemen for any home theater TV package.

The team did a great job in taking down the old system and installing the new mount and TV. Got the programing taken care of and was in and out in no time at all.

Ed and Marcus did a great job! TV works beautifully with our complicated audio system. They are thorough, knowledgeable, on time, follow social distancing and cleaning protocols, and leave work area just as neat and clean as it was when they arrived. Cannot give enough compliments to this team— recommend them highly.

A contracted installation tech actually did the install of my sound bar & tv bracket. The two techs that arrived were polite, professional, and extremely precise! They checked measurements 3 times before drilling holes, and verifying the tv & sound bar were exactly centered. Highly, highly recommend having Best Buy coordinate your installation!

agents carried in my ew TV and set it up. I had a TV for it so I did not have it mounted on wall. Agents were very thorough and set it up quickly. Took a little time since my home wi-fi was running slow. Hauled away my old TV.

The guys did a good job and it only took 30 minutes. But they did not hook up my components. I think for 200 bucks it should be included like it said when I ordered the service. I spent another 2 hours of mine own time setting the components back up. Wasn't real happy about that or what I paid for for what I got.

Steve and Joe from Best Buy are awesome. They came to my home several times and know what they’re doing I highly recommend them.

Installer would not do the install because the installation would not have been stable and safe. He cheerfully packed the TV and mount up and gave me full credit for the TV, the mount and installation cost. I will definetly patronize Best Buy again. Thanks

Very knowledgeable and professional. As an older lady with limited knowledge on tv. They set all my channels for me. I am one happy camper.

The technician was on time, professional, patient, and thorough. He provided customer service I rarely see any more. He expertly mounted the TV, made sure all parts were working, stayed late to complete the job and was pleasant the entire time. What a gem! It's difficult to find a true professional who stays beyond the normal hours to be sure we( the customer) is completely satisfied!! Thank you!

The installers were terrific! They had my television mounted in less than 30 minutes and even contacted my cable company to get everything set up correctly! I am electronically challenged! Thank heaven for the Geek Squad!

Was very friendly, kind, respectful, and respectful of my residence and property. Took time to answer all questions, explain and ensure i understood proper usage. Took time to make sure i had no issues logging in. Answered questions i had about later installs i will need.

Geek Squad installers were awesome. They did two TVs. My large 65 inch A90J and a smaller 55inch Sony. They were patient, answering all my questions, and made some suggestions that I had not thought about but made total sense (replacing my surge protectors for the upgraded TVs).

The agents carefully mounted my tv and connected all of the devices. They also configured all of the software on my television to my satisfaction.
