The installer Adrian took his time & demonstrated great care with my installation. He walked me through the mounting process, & operation of my tv. He thoroughly cleaned,removed all packaging in his work area after answering any questions or concerns that I had. Very professional experience. Highly recommend using the Geek Squad for your installation needs.

I have to say that the installer that came to mount my TV was extraordinary. He was very courteous, and even called to say he was running closer to the end of my install window which was very considerate so I wasn't sitting and waiting and could do other things. He was very knowledgeable and extremely careful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

The installation went flawlessly, and the technician was so patient and kind in reviewing all the features and how to operate the TV with my granddaughter.

Geek Squad was awesome. Removed old TV and installed new in no time. Programmed everything and gave me a quick tutorial. When they left it was clean just like they never were there.

Completely satisfied with the Technician who came to my home to "wall mount" and set up my new Samsung 55" Curved Screen TV. It was installed seamlessly and it works just the way I want. It's slides both to the left and right as well as tilt. When fully closed, it's very close to the wall whether it's centered or to the left or right.

Very professional and cared about me as a customer. There was an issue that was out of their control and they handled it quickly and professionally.

The 3 who came did a great job installing our tv and the young man who stayed to program it not only did a great job but was very courteous and friendly.

Had another great install from the guys at Best Buy. My 83 inch oled was installed and well as the cables. They didn’t hesitate, everything came out clean and professional.
