Geek squad install went great. They set up time convenient to me, arrived on time, and set up my tv with the wall mount. They made sure all my apps and channels were connected and working. I’m more than satisfied and recommend their assistance for anyone who needs help with an install.

I've had 2 tvs installed by BB and in both cases they did a great job including hiding the wires in the wall so they are invisible as well as ensuring that the TVs are at a good height.

I want to make this clear. The installation crew was great. The scheduling for the install was a nightmare. The night before installation we were given a time window of 2:00 to 4:00 pm. The morning of installation we were able to track the TV and the crew. ETA was 2:15. At 9:20am we received a text that our crew would be here at 9:50am. This was now a big problem for our morning schedule. The crew knocked at the door at 9:50am. They were embarrassed that they were there once they saw my information. Very stressful.

Geek Squad came and installed my tv wall mount. These guys were professional and courteous. They explained all that they were going to do. Once the mount was installed they even mounted my sound bar at no additional cost. They proceeded to sync my cable remote with sound bar in addition to pointing out some additional features for my tv. I would highly recommend using them for installs.

I had wonderful service from Dave and Daniel . They were great.e efficient, clean, and precise. I would ask for them if you were having anything installed.

I found Best Buy Geek squad to be wonderful to work with. I had a small problem initially when my tv was mounted. They came back out and handled it very professionally. I highly recommend them for a tv wall mounting. The price is quite reasonable as well!!

They took the time to explain their procedures to remedy the situation and provided detailed information on how we may correct the problems we experienced should they occur again in the future.

We discussed mounting the new TV ourselves but were not sure how to do it. I didn't want to take any chances on hurting the mantle (glass). The Geek Squad arrived, removed the old TV, and installed the new TV. Great professional job!
