Great TV for the price. Easy install and set up. Good picture.

The Geek Squad were on time for my appointment, and went to work after consulting with me. They did everything I asked them to do, and suggested things I didn't thing of. They had a pleasent attitude, and connected everything to my satisfaction.

Very quick installation and easy installation process. Best buy sent over to gentleman to deliver and install my new 75" Sony X95K. The guys showed up on time. Installed the tv within 20 minutes cleaned up their mess and left.

Geek Squad guys were amazing. Friendly, helpful from beginning to end. After they installed all items they explained and demonstrated how to use everything. Thanks geek guys.

Chico was professional, knowledgeable and on time. He was very helpful and you can just see how experienced he is at his job, he worked neatly and was very clean. I would recommend him to anyone.

The tv mounted on my wall was a 42 inch. I purchased a 65 inch. They had to move my mount over to accommodate the bigger set. They did it so fast and quietly, I was waiting for them to start and they were finshed! They also mounted my sound bar under the tv.

Charles and Steve or Dick (sorry forgot his name for sure) mounted my TV, and put the old one in the new box. As a disabled person, I appreciate the extra efforts doing things that I'm not able to physically. I look forward to having my TV calibrated.

The agents mounted my tv’s with ease. They were on time and 30 minutes during the visit they already had one tv mounted! And they cleaned up behind themselves !!

They did an excellent job of mounting my TV, explaining what they were doing, and then optimizing the TV picture and sound bar

Both two guys were very nice when working in our house as well as phone calls before coming. They removed the old TV/mount and installed the new TV/mount quickly. Then, they demonstrated and walked us though how to use remote/functions very easily. It was worth to have this professional service. Thanks so much again!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND, The Geek Squad associate who came out to mount my TV was extremely nice and helpful. It wasn't discomfort having him inside my home during the pandemic has he was sure to be wearing all PPE necessary. Service was great and I am very pleased with my mounted TV. Thank you Geek Squad!

Our TV’s were mounted to perfection! The two gentlemen who installed were so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! They were amazing! Thank you to Justin and Trey! Also thank to Mike who helped us pick the right TV’s for our home! They were all so helpful!

I went into the store to look at TV’s and the sales person was helpful but I had questions about how to integrate everything into my current home theater system. This is when they recommended Geek Squad. David from Torrance came to my home and checked out all my system and made recommendations. We’ve ordered the supplies and a geek squad team came out and did the set up. It was a great process with David checking in with me all throughout. Would use them again.

Charlie mounted our TV on the wall. He was the BEST! Charlie was helpful, friendly and professional. We will always ask for Charlie!

The agents mounted one of the tvs quickly and with care. my one complaint is that I ordered 2 tvs mounted and customer service still has yet to reply to my email to address.
