Great product so far. Delivery/set up person was amazing and took his time explaining to my electronically challenged 93 year old mother how to use it. As we say in the South, Bless his Heart.

They were quick and did a great job making sure everything was working correctly and that I unstood how everything worked before they left.

They took down my old 75 inch TV and mounted my new one. They had to install a new electrical outlet behind it. Hooked up all my cable service and got me set up with Smart View. So grateful for their top notch service! Really glad i purchased the annual tech service.

This was probably the best GEEK Squad installation I ve ever had. The installer was great. Educated me on a lot of things I didn’t know about mounts, took time to explain how the tv/remote worked, was professional and friendly and cleaned up after himself. Great experience.

The Geek Squad did a great job mounting my new TV. This was the second one. They are so professional and helpful. Answered all my questions. They also told me about a new product, which I bought. Excited to have them install my new equipment next week.

They always did the job right the first time and very knowledgeable what they do this time with the installation of my 75” Samsung 8 k TV. They did it again! The geek squad crew installed my 75'' TV perfect . The crew gave me a call when on the way ,then spent time going over what i wanted them to do and also offering great advice . The crew was polite and professional . Will be calling them to set up surround sound next

Highly recommend! The agents are professional experts who complete the task carefully and smoothly. They will give you a call ahead of arriving, wearing shoe covers, drilling with no dust falling to the ground, and share pro secrets about you TV after the installation. Definitely worth every penny you paid!

The reps were great and very friendly. They did an amazing job considering that space was very small and inconvenient for the size of the TV. Great job guys!

Geek Squad guys mounted a 65 inch OLED tv in my living room. Beneath they mounted and connected a Sonos Play Bar. They were meticulous, measured, asked me to verify positioning. They wrapped all wires, Velcro’d tv box to back of tv. Tested that tv and sound bar worked properly. Took trash away with them. Completely satisfied.

Give me options of the best locations to mount the TV as I was unsure super helpful and quick and easy service. I love how they double check that I like everything before they finished it up.

Levi and Gibson were great. Took the time to show me how it worked with the remote. Not that I remembered it all. They were careful installing it so centered on the table. I have always had friendly and efficient service from the Geek Squad.

I was so lucky to have the greatest installer ever. The guy in the store sold me a bracket that didn't work for my TV. This installer showed me why it was wrong. He went out of his way to make sure I got the right one. Did an amazing job. Went above and beyond!
