Highly recommend you have a member of the squad bring your purchases in and assemble and place where you want them. Our fella answered all our questions and showed us how to adjust and use our wall Mount!

The Geek Squad team was punctual and kept us informed about their arrival. It took them additional time to wall mount our TV as the first one was found damaged when taken out from the packaging. So, they went back and brought another TV on the same day in a couple of hours and completed the wall mount. We are happy with Geek Squad's performance.

The two guys (is that an acceptable description anymore) were very professional. I think one was teaching the other. They did a good job, but I'm still not sure how to use remote. They made it too simple.

The Geeks (2) were knowledgeable, courteous, & most importantly, did exactly what we wanted in a minimal amount of time. In essence, a pleasurable experience.

Tristan and Bishop were outstanding in every way. They explained what needed to be done, they went about being very mindful of the home and other furnishings, and they completed (what seemd to us to be) a very complex install. The TV was positioned exactly as we requested (proper height, centered etc.). They are a fantastic team! If Best Buy doesn't send them out together, they are missing out on providing superior customer service.

Our geek squad crew did a wonderful job with the installation of our wall mount TV, sound bar and were very respectful. They cleaned up afterward too, leaving our living room as they found it. We were pleased they were able to help us learn the remotes that were new to us and didn't just take off before we were comfortable with the new system. Great job!

THE MOUNTING WENT OFF LIKE A SNAP THE TECHNICIANS WERE CONSIDERATE, KNOWLEDGABLE, POLITE AND PATIENT. I OWN A BUSINESS AND THE 2 GENTLEMEN WHO CAME TO MY HOUSE I WOULD CERTAINLY HIRE. BEST BUY HAS 2 GOOD WORKERS.

I had to get a new mount since my ex put up my old one upside down. I joined totaltech when I bought my tv originally so they came out, took the old one down, put the new one up where I wanted it and it looks fantastic!

Geek Squad was awesome. Very nice and professional. They even switched put a mount that we bought originally because it wouldn't have worknover or fireplace. One of them drove back to the store switched it out and came back and mounted the mount and tv.

The team did a fantastic job mounting the tv and making sure everything was level. They made sure to clean up afterwards and the finished product was installed better than the previous companies I’ve hired for in-home media

Christopher and Alex did a fine job of installing my MantelMount. They displayed professionalism and took the time to explain my options. I would recommend these fine young men for any installation process.

The Geek Squad delivered and mounted my new LG 77-inch television they are the best, the installation charge is well worth it.

We are pleased with the product as well as with the salesperson who assisted us in the store and the actual installer who came to our home. The problem was that scheduling the installation was a nightmare. Apparently, the store contacts a company that does the scheduling who contracts with an independent installation company that actually does the installation. Again while we were pleased with installer once he arrived, getting him here was so disorganized that it makes it regret going to BestBuy in the first place and I will probably go elsewhere in the future. One hand did not know what the other was doing and we received contradictory information throughout. I would also add that more than once they outright lied to us, telling us that the installer was on the way and we were next only to discover that we were not even on the schedule. BestBuy needs to get its act together!!!!!!! By the way, we were promised compensation for our troubles from the store manager, but a month has passed and we have heard nothing about it so we assume that it will not happen. Sadly, there are not many places left to buy televisions, but after this experience I will go to the ends of the earth to avoid BestBuy!!!!

Fast and friendly installers. Took care of everything

The Geek Squad was the best, so so so glad that I added the extra to have them install everything. I really appreciate their input and also asking my family where exactly we wanted things to go. They took into account our feelings about the set up and area for the TV and came through with flying colors.

They mounted my two 75 inch TV's with no problems.
