We had 2 of your guys stop in, one was an installer, he was very polite, quick and done. The other person was Chris, he went above/beyond his responsibilities, and we really appreciated both employees during this installation. Love the TV!

The 2 geek squad installers who came were very nice and professional. They did the install quickly and efficiently. Tv looks great on my wall and Im very happy. Always go with geek squad install, NEVER 3rd party.

The service I received from the two techs that came out to mount my tv was excellent! Great communication plus they were extremely efficient & fast.

The agents did an outstanding mounting my Samsung TV, connecting it to my existing equipment, i.e. sound system and DVD player and internet. They also instructed me on the use of the remote and gaining access to my apps on the TV. Great job Geek Squad.

Best Buy sent an outside contractor to install my 65" Samsung tv. The guys put tv over my fireplace using my old mount, connected to home theater system, and programmed my universal remote all in about an hour. Very pleasant fellows and instructed me completely in use! Very satisfied.

They were unable to mount the first visit due to structural issues and the mount I purchased. They did recommend one. But they didn't have it on the truck (thankfully, cause itcwas 350.00). I purchased a different type and rescheduled my install. Everything went pretty smooth.

The technician did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable, friendly, provided useful information and user tips. We will definitely call on Best Buy for future electronic installation requirements.

Very happy that the agents installed my 65 inch tv instead of me doing it. John had it up in no time, cleaned up and showed us how everything worked before he left. He took his time and answered all our questions and made sure we understood before he left.

The two gentlemen were top notch. Got the job in 20 minutes that includes installing to TV bracket on the wall and installing the TV. Worth every penny

The agent was very professional. He gave his opinion on how to best install and then asked what I wanted and we discussed the differences and very professionally explained the pros and cons. I would definitely use that technician for any of my installation projects in the future.
