The Geek Squad provided a good experience after my new TV purchase. This included removing the old TV and mounting the new one. They also disconnected and wrapped old cables. New features of the TV and remote were clearly explained. All this was accomplished within 45 minutes. They definitely know what they are doing.

Was very pleased with Jerry and AJ. Very professional with good manners! They were very careful with my purchase. They work fast together they make a great team! Great mount that can hold a heavy tv and still be movable to any position. The Best Buy installers did all the work and now we can sit back and enjoy. We would definitely recommend

Not sure if there are mounts on the market cheaper than this that work as well. Great range of motion. I can tilt both up and down and side to side so i would definitely recommend for a tv in a large room with different viewing angles. If you are viewing in a smaller room where you do not need to adjust the angle that much I would suggest a cheaper option.

With a snowstorm in Wisconsin on the day of my appointment, they politely asked to reschedule. They were totally flexible and willing to come to my house at 4 on another day to get the job completed.(They are usually finished with service calls at 4). When they were here they were very polite, efficient, and had great suggestions for the job that needed to be done!

Great gentlemen very professional They were a pleasure to have in the apartment and completed all the Work and I hardly even knew they were here. I would highly recommend both of them to your customers. They called to let us know they were coming showed up on time and did fine work.

Installation Staff was knowledgeable , properly equipped, efficient , neat, pleasant. Made needed physical and electronic connections and explained remote control units Wore booties on outside shoes. Brought own floor mat for toolbox and parts had all needed installation parts and tools. Well thought out process and knowledgeable communicative staff.

The 82' TV was hard to level out but the crew patiently adjusted it until it was perfectly level with the walls and credenza below it. They ensured it was mounted to the studs and were very professional.

The two gentlemen were top notch. Got the job in 20 minutes that includes installing to TV bracket on the wall and installing the TV. Worth every penny

The agents were professional, courteous, and efficient! I could tell after the first TV was mounted they knew what they were doing. They showed me how to hold the TV when changing positions. I enjoyed having them in my home. I will recommend the Geek Squad to everyone who needs their TV mounted!

Dusty and Matt were great! Very prompt and professional. Great advice to fix problem with room. Came back and took care of installing a new receiver after the old one malfunctioned. Everything works great. Gave simple explanation as to how devices worked.

These guys were amazing. Very precise work installing a Samsung Frame - after many measurements they hung it perfectly and it looks great!
