Geek Squad arrived on time, very professional, very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very patient to ensure all was done correctly before they left. Answered many questions. Was well worth the $$ to have a professional mount the TV and program the remote. Plus, they delivered the TV up the steps and upon completion, conveniently took away the big box!

The Best Buy Geek Squad were fantastic. They verified where we wanted the mounts for the tvs and before we knew it they were done. Cleaned up and everything was reconnected. Thank you so much. Great crew.

Great setup of the wall mount. I feel condident my large tv is installed correctly and is safe and secure.

While the installers did a great job installing, the rest of the process was “AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER!” Single biggest problem with Best Buy is their horrible customer service. Other than physically going in, there is no way to reach the actual store when you have an issue (and store employees confirmed this). When you call the listed store phone #, you are immediately pushed to a call center. When contacting the call center 2 (of 3) associates that I spoke with were unwilling and/or unable to address my issues. If the issue is outside the script they are lost. My first issue was a price match. Zero help from call center. I had to wait when I was back in town to then go back to the store to address. Store associates addressed the issue in 2 minutes. First attempt to install everything was met with a soundbar that never showed up. I was told it was out of stock. I ordered everything 3 weeks prior. I did come to find out that the soundbar “disappeared” the day before initial installation. Second attempt, installer showed up without the soundbar (asking me where it was). His “notes” did not include going to the store to pick up the soundbar. So I needed to go to the store and pickup the soundbar myself. Additionally, he was assigned as a 1 man job. The soundbar was being attached to a 77 inch tv, so i needed to help him take the tv down and put it back up. To his credit he reworked his schedule to come back same day to install after I picked it up. Bottom line, the store associates and installers were great to deal with. But Best buys glaring issues are in their logistics and call center operations. Their overall approach to customer service is severely impacted by their approach to underinvesting in those services.

Excellent. The technician called ahead to let us know he was on the way. The team was very efficient and professional, They went over the instructions with us to be sure were comfortable with our new system.

Overall very professional and clean young techs, the only problem was on one wall the installer could not find the studs . I found them later and installed the mount from Best Buy myself. Also the premium install definition is unclear and I did not get it due to the wall damage it would have caused per the techs description

The tech was timely and did a good job of installing the mounting and the TV.

The agents were fabulous. Since we hung more than one TV they tag teamed to get everything done in a short time frome. I appreciated all of their help.

Alex Griffith (Agent) and Kyle hung our Best Buy 55" Curved Samsung and did a beautiful job in our apartment. They connected everything neatly and also cleaned up any mess. We are very grateful for their kindness and consideration in every manner. THANKS to them, both!

The two people from the Geek Squad did a very nice job of hanging our large television on a wall. They also showed us how to use the mount and cleaned up after themselves.

The in home installation of our TV was excellent. The crew worked carefully and quickly to install the TV. They cleaned after themselves too! Very courteous young men!

I love these guys. They are very professional. Very tidy and clean up after themselves. They check out what needs done. They measure. They ask about what equipment you have to connect and they ensure you have everything to get it connected in a way that looks clean and balanced. If you don’t have what’s needed, they have supplies with them to get the job done.

I’m very happy with the Geek Squad’s job. They were professional, punctual, and took precautions to keep themselves and my family safe during the pandemic. Everyone wore a mask and they also had gloves. It was a positive experience overall, and I will always prefer that a professional handle jobs like this.

Best Buy sent a 3rd party vendor to mount my 77” LG CX OLED TV. They were professional and careful mounting my tv from beginning to end, I was asked how I would like my tv mounted and they gave me their professional opinion. I’m glad I took their opinion because the installation came out beautiful.

The geek squad team did an outstanding job in installing the TV bracket and the TV. The technician (Carlos) was very patient and helpful in providing assistance in setting up the apps on the TV.
