Excellent. Removed old TV and wall mount. Un packed new TV and mount outside and removed all garbage. Mounted the new TV and fired up the TV, connected to WIFI, etc. Everything was up and working when they left, and I had a basic intro to operating it.

These guys, do a great job, fast clean and always have the working answer.

The two Geek Squaders that did my install were great! They were polite, knowledgeable, patient and clear when explaining functions! I didn’t hear a complaint when they had to relocate my wall mount. They were here when they said they’d be. I don’t think you can ask for any more than that!

Dan and John came out to install a 77" TV on a wall where the stairs go to my basement, I got scaffolding and we set it up on the stairs and they put my TV on that wall. They did a great job and answered all my questions. They hauled all the trash away. Fantastic job!!

The three agents mounted my tv and were very professional and informative. They put down drop cloths and vacuumed up after their selves leaving my home spotless.

Only complaint is that they installed the TV on an existing wall mount and I can't get the serial # due to the bracket covering it. Also Best Buy said they could not provide the serial #. I suggest that when the installers mount a TV they copy the serial # and provide it to the owner.

The delivery and installation of the TV went like clockwork, The guy from Best Buy was very informative re the installation and set up with my Bose wireless surround system. Superb picture from the TV, the colors are out standing, My 4K movies now look amazing.

The agent did a fantastic job installing the 55” tv. He was very professional, clean, and courteous. He even gave me a demonstration on how to use it since it was my 1st app tv.

I like the end results. This guy paid attention to detailed, never questioned our feed back and had very good and valid suggestions. Tv's went up quickly and look good up there too lol.

The young men were willing to listen and change the height of our TV. They mounted our new TV, set it up and explained the remote and functions. We were also given a business card and told we could call for any questions or problems. They were polite and used COVID protection masks and wipes.

Geek Squad is the best install and mounting service available hands down!! They take such care of your home and purchases, and take pride in their work. They compete the job to perfection and even had an extra roku stick on the truck to sell me on the spot.

Booked online, text reminders and one call right before arrival. So quick and easy to use. The agents were done installing in 20 mins but offered to stay longer to go over tv feature (we opted out)

The gentlemen who serviced me were on time and extremely professional. What I really took noticed was the care they took in cleaning up after the installation of the wall mount & TV. It as a good decision to use them for these services.
