The agents were excellent! The guys opened the TV box when they delivered it and tested it. It was broken, as these things go sometimes, so they immediately set up for a replacement and second appointment. The next time they came (same guys), they mounted the TV quickly and with care. They were super friendly, super helpful, and I wouldn't hesitate a second to have them back for whatever other thing I'd need help with.

The technicians were great. On time, professional, friendly, knowledgable about product and efficient. The scheduling, however, was not at all satisfactory. The original delivery and installation date was cancelled and I was not notified thereof, causing me scheduling issues with other appointments.

The agent did an awesome job setting up my Sony TV and explained all the information that i need to know thats why I love shopping at Best Buy so helpful to all the people and will continue to shop there

Good guys did a great job. Hide the cords. The other tv hung an set up for gaming looks great

The Geek Squad agents installed my wall mount and mounted the tv and helped me load the apps in a safe and professional manner, then cleaned up and disposed of the boxes. Thank you. I just wish appointments weren’t so far out and that there was better coordination between delivery and installation

Geek Squad team was very nice. They hung the TV too high. I didn’t notice it until after they left. Team was overworked and had to rush. Also tried to get my 36” office TV working on cable. TV bought at BestBuy past summer. They got the Fire ATV part working but not the cable part

i will always let the professionals take care of this kind of stuff. when you are spending a lot of money on equipment, don't skimp unless you are experienced. these guys do this every day for a living and they know what they are doing.

The agents that mounted my television actually arrived ahead of their scheduled time. They were professional and courteous. They answered all of my questions and gave me a thorough tutorial of the different features on my tv. They wore face masks and shoe covers which I really appreciated.

The team who came to my house were outstanding. Respected my house and were indeed experts on installation and startup. Very satisfied.
