It was nice to be able to have the new Sony Bravia TV I purchased installed on the wall by a Geek Squad professional. It eliminated a lot of stress from having to do it myself as I am fairly confident that I would have not been able to figure it out on my own. The associate that installed the TV was quite professional and cautious: he showed up early and took the necessary precautions to keep myself and others in the house safe. He installed the TV in a timely manner and was knowledgeable as he demonstrated several of it's features to me. He even discussed my existing tech with me and helped me better understand how it would fit in with the new TV. I would have no problem recommending this service and providing a positive reference for the associate that served me. Thanks!

I owned 4 TVs but only 2 were mounted. It was time to upgrade so I visited Best Buy and scheduled GeekSquad to install the other 2. They were prompt, courteous & professional & did a great job without taking too much time out of my day. It’s everything that I expected & am extremely happy with this purchase.

The Geek Squad team did a great job mounting the TV. They made sure all wires were ran correctly and neatly. They also mounted my Apple TV to the back of the TV. They left the space clean afterward, and also made sure to pair up my remote to all my devices. All in all I’m very happy with the service!

I hesitated before ordering Geek Squad TV set up and mounting thinking they could never do the job as well as I could do it myself. I needn't have worried. Amanda and her crew were rock stars! They had my TVs mounted quickly, made sure they didn't leave a mess (they even wore booties!), and programmed my TVs and showed me how they worked. Couldn't be happier.

Mounting a TV can be a daunting task. Whether you spent a little money or a lot you don't want to see that purchase laying on the floor after it fell off the wall. Having Best Buy install my TV mount is a no brainier. With total tech it's 50 bucks to have them install and mount my TV. They run the cables so everything looks great.

Geek Squad team did a great job with the installation. However, the store clerk inadvertently forgot to sign me up for TotalTech, which is REQUIRED for installations over a fireplace. Corrected by the Geek Squad installers at the time of installation.

The QNED TV from LG was brought and wall-mounted by two technicians, who also set up the sound bar.

The installers were great—very helpful, kind about our dogs barking from their crates, and conscientious about being sure all connections were made and things were working. They also were willing to test and verify that our old swing out stand was fine for the new TV, and said we wouldn’t need the 4K cables with this model. Later I returned the extra stand and cable for an easy refund. This was all as the Geek squad in the store had prepared me for; I was very satisfied with the set up, the device, and the lower price once I returned the extra products that I didn’t end up needing.

The 55” Sony XBR smart TV was in my price range and has a great picture. I own two other Sony XBRs purchased at Best Buy. Geek squad individual did an excellent job of installing the tv on the wall.

Sebastian was great in keeping me informed of his arrival status. Once he arrived, he kept me posted on everything that he would be doing. Definitely very professional and courteous.

Geek squad came to the new house I just bought and mounted a new TV over the fireplace. I have mounted TV’s before, but this was more than I could do. Did a great job and did it quickly and cleaned up everything when they were done.

Delivery and set up on my 80 inch tv was spectacular! Arrived early, perfect removal of old tv and set up of the new ones. Recentered the mount and everything. Awesome experience! Thank you

The agent mounted my TV, connected it to the appropriate devices, and showed me how to use the control clicker to move between TV and Streaming broadcasts. Simple instructions and simple to remember. Good job all around.
