We just moved into our new home and needed everything installed so why not let the professionals do it the right way the first time. They did ! They mounted two TVs to walls ran HDMI cables through walls did everything I wanted at a great price and timely manner . Faster than I could and much cleaner. Thank You for your great service.

Rob was extremely profession, knowledgeable and friendly. He mounted my TV perfectly, tailored the wires neatly, and even paired my devices! This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a best buy agent/representative. Thanks, Rob!

The two technicians showed up on-time and did a fantastic job mounting the TV, explaining the settings, cleaning up, etc. They worked together so well as a team…it was impressive to watch. I was hesitant to use Geek Squad as I thought I could find someone else to mount the TV. I’m glad I changed my mind and used their services. It was well worth the cost.

I had a Geek Squad tech install a wall mounted TV and Sound Bar in the Great Room of my new home. Additionally, the tech also installed all of my Hi-Fi and TV components in my office/den. He did a superb job!! His professionalism and great customer service were greatly appreciated. I would have the same tech do any future work I might need.

Guys quickly reconnected my denon sureound sound to TV Hulu after i disconnectedDirect TV. Also they mounted TV on wall and hid wire in wall to outlet. Nice job all done in less than an hrthey i great job!

Love the Geek Squad! They make it work- I had a mount on the wall already that would work for the new one, so they used that one instead of the 250 one I bought just in case!

Guys were really nice and helpful, I didn't have to do anything and They got my t v all taken care of and replaced from the one that broke

The team that came out to install it did a fantastic job! They also cleaned up everything and wore shoe covers which I really appreciated.

The technicians were very knowledgeable and professional plus respectful. They explained what they were doing every step if the way.

The agents were professional and walked me through the set-ups. They had to move the TV but got it to the right place on the wall. I'm very happy, as they had to get the TV between 2 butterflies I had on the wall. It was perfect!!!

The Squad removed my old TV and mounted and hooked up my new TV. They checked it out with all my attachments and demo that all was working.....

We had Geeks mount our new tv, and they connected it to all our devices. Then we had them back again to move it to the other side of the room after we rearranged our furniture. They were in and out in no time, where very professional, and quite helpful. EZ runs a great ship over there in ORL.... xoxo

It was clean installation after moving from family room

The first delivery was going good until when they were to put up the tv, there was a large crack on the display. They had to take the tv back. What was difficult after that, was that I had to call Best Buy back the following day myself to try and find the exact same tv, order it, and then schedule a new install date. It was confusing, because you would expect Best Buy to try and find the tv and call me back to schedule a new install date from their end.

The agents arrived on time, placed my TV on the wall, connected my ROKU and secured it to the mount, collected all the cables, answered all my questions, and cleaned up the work area. Whole process took about 30 minutes. Very happy with the work done, will be hiring them again to to hang my living room TV on the wall.
