The agents took down and mounted the new TV and hooked it up to Dish and the internet in about 10 minutes. They showed me how to use my new TV. I can't believe how fast they were. They also hauled away the broken TV. I love the Geek Squad.

The Geek Squad was fabulous! They came first thing in the morning, were polite, courteous, respectful of my house, wore masks and booties. They had my new tv mounted on the wall in record time! Plus, they took care of a problem I had connecting my new printer.

Everything was great. Got the job done on time and problems. James does a great job. Very helpful and cleans up after himself. I have used him so years and ask for him every time. Would highly recommend using him for any stereo work you have. Always does a great job.

The team mounted my television and set it up for me. Very nice gentlemen. They stayed a few minutes to make sure all bugs were worked out.

The two young Geek Squad guys who installed my back porch television and mounting did a superb job. They were knowledgable, smart, and worked quickly.

The squad had a lot to do: Install a power extension in wall, move a TV from on room to another, install a new tv, receiver, and sound bar and blu ray player. All jobs were accomplished to my satisfaction in a matter about 4 hrs. The tech left me with set up info so I could set up Alexa. Outstanding work!

We have had Geek squad mount three tv’s so far and I am so glad we had them do this. It would have taken us forever to get it done and make it look nice. They did such a great job and we are very happy with how it looks. They also have programmed our remotes and mounted sound bars as well.

The installers were phenomenal. Very helpful. They were professional and very fast. They arrived when they said they would, and it was done very quickly.

I am really enjoying having the new TV mounted. The Geek guys did a Fantastic job, they were friendly and helpful. They assisted with the setup of the bee TV and even programmed my Netflix. I would recommend to my family and friends the Geek squad and the Total protection plan.

The Geek Sqaud actually made it by earlier than originally planned, as coordinated a day prior. They worked quickly and efficiently, installing the wall mount and then booking everything up cleanly. The wires were hidden and nicely organized, and all systems were operating in sync as requested. Couldn’t be happier!

The crew did a great job installing my TV mounting bracket and TV over the fire place. The listened as we discussed the best mount height-especially as we might upgrade our current TV to a larger size.

I’m well versed in having mildly expensive, slightly awkward items delivered to my home. I have had mostly bad, nightmarish experiences with these deliveries. I have to say that the Best Buy Geek Squad is definitely the way to go! The team of JUJU and Angel are excellent at what they do, almost surgical with their technical expertise as well as being wickedly personable. If you’re looking for something that is expensive and awkward to purchase from Best Buy requests these two and pay the small price to have peace of mind that comes with 0% worry!

I think it would takee me weeks to accomplish what the Geek Squad was able to do in about 4 hours. They not only installed our new LG OLED television, but reinstalled all the home theater components plus a new receiver and HDMI line behind the wall to make my wife happy. The two Geek Squad technicians (Robert & Chris) not only knew their business, but were personable and pleasant to deal with from start to finish. They even took time to train us on using the new equipment.

The installation team was really great. They took the time to center the tv vertically and horizontally. They also gave me an overview of the remote and how the tv worked which I really appreciated since it was my first smart tv purchase.

The Geek Squad agent arrived as scheduled and installed my wall-mounted TV quickly and expertly. He connected everything and made sure it was all working properly. Watching him do this made me realize that this is the way to go for most people who have only average handyman skills required to do the installation job.

The agents mounted the wall mount into brick and installed my TV and all connections. 100% satisfied.
