The agents mounted the UV on the wall. They were very helpful and really professional could not be happier with the service.

We bought a new TV for our family room in our home. We wanted it over the fireplace mantle, and agreed to get The Geek Squad to do the installation. They came when expected, and did a great job. They consulted us with options for the wiring trail, cleaned up, and left us very pleased.

The two agents that installed my TV, wall mount, surround sound bar & mount were amazing!! They were very informative, professional but friendly!! I would highly recommend to everyone. I have them coming back for additional work!!!!

Geek squad not only mounted both of the new TVs, they connected our sound bar, helped connect them to WiFi and out cable Boxes. They were very understanding of what we wanted with the tv mounting.. we had them mount our two 50” TVs next too each other just above our 75” tv. It was very important that the spacing was right due to the from door and The other tv. The gentleman who came were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable on everything from the mounting to WiFi signal. We have 5 TVs (3 going at all Times ) and they helped reconnect the TVs to their individual cable boxes and remotes. They also delivered the TVs when they arrived to install. Having the tech support saved us money and stress. They gave us a 2 hour window when we bought our TVs then they called to give us a 30 minute window for arrival. The communication and service was 10/10.

The two gentleman did a fanstastic job in mounting the television. Professionalism at its finest. Nothing short of perfection. They cleaned up after themselves and everything was presentable.

They did an excellent job, but since I did not have my sound system yet, they did not know how much space to leave between the bottom of the screen and the top of my fireplace. Now the sound bar covers up part of my screen. I have not talked to them about this yet. I did tell them that I was buying a sound bar.

Unfortunately the screen didn’t work on first TV, since the store was 5 mins away he was able to go back to the store and get another TV for me! The agents were great setting up my new t.v. they cleaned up every little thing, made sure the cords were neatly tied up and made sure everything was working properly. They really knew what they were doing. Very satisfied.

The last TV we bought we had the Geek Squad install the wall mount & TV bracket, run the wires behind the wall, hang the tv and mount the sound bar!! They did such a great job, we are having them come back to hang another TV we bought from Best Buy!!!

The Geek Squad agents came out to my house, were very experienced in installations of wall mounts for this and even dropping the plug into the wall so you dont see the cord hanging down. Looks great and well worth the money!
