The Geek Squad was on time. They were efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. The wall mount was centered and the TV set up within the hour. There was nothing to clean up after they left.

The agents who diagnosed my laptop issues, the agent who took my new laptop order, the agents who helped us decide on a new tv, the agents who mounted our new tv have all made our experience being Best Buy customers wonderful!

The mounting of our new TV was a little more complicated than expected as we had to move the former mount on a brick wall. Both GEEK Squad techs were experienced and professional. Neither my husband or I are tech savvy. The GEEK squad had infinite patience in walking us through the set-up and how to watch our new TV.

The agents disconnected & unmounted existing TV. They then installed the new TV. Kenneth W & JB were detailed oriented with installation. Kudos to being so meticulous that the exposed wires are practically hidden.

The techs arrived on time, were knowledgeable, & cleaned up any mess from drilling. There is some feedback I would suggest, & that's to give a shorter appointment window, so customers can still do things throughout the day. 8-9 hr window is too long. Thank you.

There were two Best Buy installers they came to install my television. I was very impressed at the ease in which they were able to do it. At first I was going to do it myself but my wife talked me into having it done. I am glad that I did because I could see where I would’ve run into some issues that I was unaware of.

Best Buy’s TV Setup & Mounting service is fantastic! The technicians were punctual, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. They mounted my TV perfectly and made sure everything was securely in place. They also took the time to explain how everything worked and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. Highly recommend!

I’m an older guy and not high tech so I relied on the Geek Squad. They exceeded my expectations.

This a quality item, I can’t believe how inexpensive it is. I bought a 55” LG television and I looks great not a big ugly piece of metal on my wall. Geek Squad installed. It and the gentlemen from Geek Squad are and we’re very professional.

Set up was very efficient and helpful. They helped me set up all my apps too

Just recently had s 43 inch Westinghouse tv setup. The installers were great, explained everything to me. The tv so far id great (only had 1 day) picture quality and sound are outstanding. I would recommend

The guy who installed my TV mount was so nice and did a great job! Didn't leave a mess. Quick setup! He was from the Philippines, really sweet guy!

Service was phenomenal! Techs were very professional and knowledgeable. Installation complete in under 30 mins. I would highly recommend!

The two agents that came were extremely polite and professional. Showed with in the allotted time frame. Constant communication keeping me apprised of their arrival times. They knew the mount that I purchased inside and out so installation was extremely fast and easy. Highly recommend.

Good service and good price. If you need to cut holes in wall to run wiring or add electrical outlets they cant do that but we were satisfied for the price.

I thought I’d left a review. Obviously, I didn’t. The two “gentlemen” that installed and mounted my new 55” Samsung tv were excellent. On time. Professional! Excellent job, with no issues. They even took the trash.

These guys are top notch. Very professional. They had the old TV down and the new one up in 15 minutes. On the set up of the new TV I have never seen anyone click so rapidly through the menus. Amazing
