I am glad I used Geek service otherwise I had real problem to handle or install 65” TV on wall. Geek service is professional, knowledgeable, and care about customer.

Arrived on time. He knew what he was doing. He removed my old tv and mount, installed the new mount and hung the tv. He knew how to set it up with my direct tv box and programed the remote. Well worth the money to have him do the install.

Installed wall, Tv mounted, devices connected, remotes programmed. Reviewed setup and what I needed to add to get my older home theater equipment to work with the new tv. In and out in less than 30-40 minutes. COVID precautions followed. Wish they had hid the cords...

The techs that come to our house and hung our TV's where awesome. They got to our house at 4pm and didn't finish until the job was done around 11pm. I will not use any other service because BestBuy stand behind all there products. They hire only the most professional people and most of all they are true subject matter experts.

They were great! They will make your life infinitely easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for future installations. They were friendly, polite, explained everything, and finished everything in a fraction of time that it would have taken me.

They quickly removed an old (90 lb) TV, replaced the mounts and installed the new TV and then even set up the remote. No mess, just quickly and easily got things switched over. Very nice.

The 55" and Below TV Connect & Mount service provided by our TotalTech membership was a valuable add-on to our TV installation process. We upgraded our GeekSquad service to TotalTech in July and have enjoyed the benefits. A recent TotalTech repair and several calls for help have received quick, professional, friendly service. Now our TV installation went totally according to plan and I am sure that our agent provided additional services not specifically provided under the plans. He provided us with explanations of our options and showed us different possibilities. He listened to our questions and provided responses at a level that we (technologically challenged) could clearly understand.

Geek Squad was good, competent and knowledgeable. However after waiting 3 weeks for dellivery the TV was broken I still do not have my TV

two guys show up , take down old tv , move the mount to new position on wall, rout new hdmi cables , set tv up with verizon fios, take the trash and are gone in 40 minutes-- very polite answered my questions geek squad has never let me down

The agent called me the day before and 45 minutes before coming. He put covers on his shoes to ensure my floors stayed clean, got my input in where to place the TV, and was super friendly. He did an excellent job overall!

After a few glitches regarding the level of the TV all was installed to my satisfaction. When I asked for a revisit to fix the problem it was handled quickly and efficiently. I have total confidence in the abilities of the Geek Squad!!

These two young men were so careful and professional !! When they drilled the holes into my wall studs, one of them held the vacuum under the drill so collect the debris from falling to the floor. NO ONE does that these days !! So Impressed !!
