The geek squad did a great job of installing and setting up our new tv. They took the time to answer all of our questions.

They did a great job and were very helpful. We love the end result.

Tech guys were very respectful by wearing masks, cleaning up after the installation, and returning things back to their original places. It was a quick and organized process. After installing the tv they learned that it was defective so we had to wait another week for installation. I do think they should stay a bit longer to explain things . Especially senior citizens. It wasn’t a pretty picture here after the team left as we struggled to input everything but we managed after our granddaughter came over to help. I like the fact though that we have help at our fingertips 24/7 by a phone call or chat on the computer. To me that’s important. Plus, I can get that same technical help with my other devices which is an added benefit.

Diamond & the gentleman that assisted her were professional & cleaned up behind themselves. They arrived on time, and completed the work quickly & efficiently. I would recommend this service to others & use them again in the future.

The agent provided us with a professional, timely, expert TV mount installation and even vacuumed up the work area afterwards leaving no debris behind. The Geek Squad has consistently provided us with outstanding service.

Geek squad agents showed up promptly at the appointed time. They were creative working around pre-installed outlets to mount an 85” tv securely to wall. Agents were prepared with spacers and all normal equipment. Very inpressed.

I think it would takee me weeks to accomplish what the Geek Squad was able to do in about 4 hours. They not only installed our new LG OLED television, but reinstalled all the home theater components plus a new receiver and HDMI line behind the wall to make my wife happy. The two Geek Squad technicians (Robert & Chris) not only knew their business, but were personable and pleasant to deal with from start to finish. They even took time to train us on using the new equipment.

Quick, efficient, and complete service; they oriented me to all the features; I am tech savvy and relatively strong... I could probably have done it myself, but for a TV that costs > $1000, this was a smart investment

The geek squad guy not only mounted myvtv but connectred all the gizmos correctly with no cords showing. Moved tv andcreconnected into another room too!

The Geek Squad mounted our new 65" TV very quicky using this mount. It was niddle of pricing range, and was great because it could swivel from the wall to connect things to ports. This made it easy for Geek squad and for future use.

The guys who mounted my outdoor TV where Great. They where covid 19 ready. Kept mask on thru the entire job upon arriving. They where very professional and knew what they where doing. Left no mess. TV is mounted securely. No problems

The geek squad agents were amazing. They mounted my new TV and also removed one from another room without damaging my walls. They even brought shoe covers so not to track dirt/mud into my house. Amazing service!
