The installers that mounted my television went above and beyond!!! They fitted the TV perfectly, even though they had to modify the mount to make it work. They also relocated my wires in the wall after I had to move the mount.

Geek Squad was great. They mounted the TV and made sure we understood how it was set up. They also made excellent suggestions on improving the sound.

My son Patrick said the installers were awesome and did a beautiful job. Geek Squad is always topnotch.

The Geek Squad installed a wall mount, in wall hidden cabling and my LG TV. They returned later to replace the 65" tv I had bought with a larger one, when I decided to upgrade. Both experiences were excellent! The Geek Squad members were friendly, professional, extremely helpful, and exceeded my expectations.

I purchased the Geek squad membership and are an appointment to have 3 TVs Mounted to the wall and wires hidden inside walls. When the guys (third party installers) showed up they said that they were only there to install one tv to the wall and would not conceal wiring and just set up the other two TVs. I explained that, that isn’t what I ordered. They went on to bad mouthing the store and their employees. One of them promised me he would come back Saturday and get the job done as I needed to purchase kits for the wiring to be hidden in the walls. Saturday morning he never showed, I called and text him and he said, I’m not assigned to that job any longer! I couldn’t believe this. I called and spoke to the San Rafael store Manager Michael, he was amazingly helpful and made things right for me. The guys that came and installed (Best Buy Geek Squad staff) not third party vendor this time were amazing, friendly, thoughtful, clean and quick. This experience was turned around because of the team work and communication between Michael and his staff. Thank you Michael!

The Geek Squad came into my house and were very professional. They verified what was to be done and they did so quickly and quietly! They connected all my devices and showed me how everything worked from just one remote control! Awesome!

Professional installation of our TV on the wall above our fireplace. These guys do it for a living and explained step by step what they were doing and why, including why it could not be any closer to the fireplace. Installation looks first class

The techs showed up asked us how and where we wanted the screens placed. The fireplace mount required a box on the side for wires and they make it look so easy. All wires were hidden and it was centered perfectly. It was a little pricey but worth the time and hassle as they were very quick, placement was spot on and left no mess.

Excellent work. Helped me understand how to use my television. Work was completed quickly and neatly. Results were great.

The agents were able to arrive early, and they called ahead to see if that was OK. They did a fantastic job mounting the TV and they also did a great job on the clean up. You could not tell that any work was done in the room.

The two installers worked quickly and were within pickup window. There was some miscommunication as we were told they were able to hide the cables in the wall and they told us that they were not. Also, it would be nice to have show covers to not track dirt throughout the house, but installation went fine.

Shawn couldn't have been more professional. I had originally purchased the swivel mount, but upon his arrival he found it couldn't be used on my steel-stud walls. Had a fixed mount one in his truck and installed it, mounted the TV, made sure it was programmed (re-connected my Wii even) and cleaned up COMPLETELY!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Geek Squad.
