While we have hung TVs on our own before, this particular TV was large enough that we didn’t want to take a chance of incorrectly doing it, so we turned to the experts. They did a fantastic job of getting it hung just a great place and just the right way!

The agents were able to figure out how to mounted my TV. It was a bit tricky but they were able place the TV perfectly in the upper middle of the wall and connected it to all my devices. Will definitely be using them again when I get a couple more TVs for the house!

The guys delivered and mounted my Amazon Fire Smart TV along with the swivel wall mount. Connected to my wi-wi and opened the apps for me. Went from 35 channels to hundreds.

Michael & companion were excellent professionals, they were quick and got my new tv installed and working.

The two techs were great in analyzing and preping the work site for installation of the mounting bracket. They had to remove a former bracket and install the new bracket, then mount and secure the Samsung unit. Cabling the unit was included. I have had no difficulties since the installation. Recommend Best Buy to install.

Both Aaron and Eli were very friendly and helpful. They connected everything for me, but somehow forgot to set up the sound bar. It was okay though. i contacted Aaron and he walked me through it. Great guys, great service!

Even though the geek squad mounted my TV quickly they stayed around to make sure I understood how to operate all the features on the unit.

Geek Squad members did an excellent job evaluating which wall worked best for mounting the TV and utilizing the kit to hide the wires.

I bought 3 televisions from Best Buy (all Samsungs; varying sizes) and paid for their installations. The installations were done effectively and quickly. I had all 3 t.v.s installed on walls. The technician was professional and friendly. Great job and great t.v.s.

The installation technician was very prompt, knowledgeable, personable, polite and quick to answer any questions we had.

Delivery and set up went great. They were in and out mounting The 75" Samsung Frame TV within an hour which by myself would have taken me probably 5 hours and probably a broken TV or wall. I normally try to do/install things on my own but I knew I would have needed the proper drywall screws to accommodate such a large, heavy TV and I likely didn't have the right hardware to do so. Also I didn't want to risk trying to purchase the TV in store and try to fit it into my SUV. Since I was already getting delivery it just seemed practical to have them install too. So it was totally worth the cost. They were professional and were also mindful of my floors, walls, and furniture.

The Second Geek Squad remounted the TV correctly and did an excellent job of getting the sound bar placed, adjusted, connected to the TV. They were courteous, friendly and professional!

The agents removed old tv and replaced with new one and completely set up all the technology associated with it. They were knowledgeable and most pleasant as they performed the task of installation.
