Added Geek Squad delivery and setup for my recent TV purchase. Techs arrived as scheduled and were knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Well worth the additional cost.

After setting up delivery and installation online three times and having no one show up, finally on the fourth try the Geek squad finally arrived and set up the new TV, but they failed to instruct my husband on use of the remote. He needed me to guide him for weeks. Bummer!

Techs came out and mounted the tvs. They made sure the tvs were leveled to our request and continued to readjust based on lighting, fireplace wall and all other factors. The mounts looked sturdy and solid. They also took the time to show us how to adjust the mounts if we ever want to move them.

Excellent. On time, put on shoe covers and explained what he did.

Geek Squad members were extremely polite, professional and eager to please. Mounted TV on the wall and made sure it level and that the TV was operating correctly. Our installers were fantastic. The showed us how to operate our TV and cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend them.

The Geek Squad was on time. They were efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. The wall mount was centered and the TV set up within the hour. There was nothing to clean up after they left.

it was done so perfect and fast that if I had not seen it myself.the tv was mounted on the wall.programed and everything was explained.it was all done in less that45 minutes.the guys even set my Netflix so I didn't need the router on it.i will be able to unplug the cable box and blue ray without hesitation.it's very easy to plug back in.

They jumped right into the task of replacing the old TV and quickly had everything organized and proceeded to set up my sound bar and showed us "how" to find programs and aps.

The installation for two of my tvs and security system has been top notch with my total tech membership. One tv we couldnt use the mount that came with it due to the set up of my wall ,but they were kind enough to hang it on the existing swivel mount that i had in place. Also , i had an issue with my nest doorbell and they were prompt to schedule me and follow up with phone calls. Fortunately, i didnt need them to come out to service the doorbell as I fixed it ahead of time. Definitely recommend geek squad.

In order to put the television where I had planned, they would have had to drill some new holes and rewire some things. They were very patient as I tried to decide whether to find a new location for the television and even offered to come back the next day so I could have time to think about it. They were very helpful, patient and kind!

The agents mounted our TV and adjusted to our satisfaction; they also connected our soundbar and DVD/CD player to the TV remote and connected us to our streaming services. Dustin and Justin provided great customer service!

The agent did a great install and assisted w getting tv channels to be visible which we could not figure out. Very nice guy and efficient!

This was the best decision we made when buying multiple components. Geek squad called to let us know when they would arrive and they were right on time. They spent hours setting up the equipment we purchased and even recommended and set up the Sonos system to act as surround sound. Awesome service at a great price.

The set up with this rack is wondrous! Really love the look of it over my mantelpiece.
