The tech. who installed the tv, did a good professional job, I thought the price of $300.00 to deliver, install, and remove the old tv was very high. I am a widowed senior citizen, so I had no other choice, THIS TIME!

The 3 young guys mounted my TV quickly and made sure my FireStick was hooked up and working. They were very professional. Gave me an overview of features. Cleaned up all packing materials and vacuumed while drilling to limit the mess.

They arrived on time very neat and clean very knowledgeable about the product that I purchase. the mounting of the TV is excellent and I cannot ask for a better service. I would recommend the geek squad to anyone

These guys are top notch. Very professional. They had the old TV down and the new one up in 15 minutes. On the set up of the new TV I have never seen anyone click so rapidly through the menus. Amazing

Appointment was easy to set up. They were a little late showing up but were super fast when they got here. The agents brought the TV and wall mounts I had purchased, installed them quickly and neatly. They also made sure that they worked with my older sound system. Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

The Geek Squad guys were nice to work with, super efficient, mounted the screen perfectly, and...for a non nerd like me, programmed it into working order in a flash. So easy to use now. And looks great on the wall.

The TV was fine and the mountain experience was fine however, I was not prepared that I needed an extension cord and I need to have all of my devices coming down the wall with large extension cords and plugged into the wall plug

Very professional, arrived on time, did the install in a very skillful manner, consulted with me as to the proper placement and completed the job in a timely basis. They took all proper precautions and maintained social distance and were very respectful.

The technicians who delivered and wall-mounted my LG CX 77" were absolutely phenomenal! They both were extremely knowledgeable and made the process look extremely easy. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone else looking to buy a TV at Best Buy!
