Just recently had s 43 inch Westinghouse tv setup. The installers were great, explained everything to me. The tv so far id great (only had 1 day) picture quality and sound are outstanding. I would recommend

If I could give ZERO stars, I totally would. 1. When I called to purchase and setup a mounting appointment, I was very specific in stating that my TV was 77 inches, going in drywall above the fireplace. I mentioned several times that I wanted the cords hidden behind the wall. The lady said ‘no problem’, the service includes hiding the cords. She emails me the receipt and I immediately tell her that the size of the tv she selected is wrong; she selected 55 inch and under when she should have selected over 65 inches. She tells me it doesn’t matter because they’re all the same price, so I just go along with it… 2. Appointment day is here. The window of service says between 7am-7pm. I haven’t heard anything from them all day, and when I call them at 6:50pm, they tell me they aren’t sure what happened, and that they may have to call me back in 24 hours to reschedule. I ask if they are going to compensate me for the day of work I took off as well as another day I may have to take off as well?? 3. 7:30pm rolls around and I get a call from a random number. It’s the contractor with geek squad who is supposed to be installing my tv. He’s 15 minutes away. He shows up, and he’s great! He’s kind, he explains that they are very busy due to the holiday season… I totally understand, I appreciate him putting in the OT to come and work on my home. He sees the TV and tells me the order was for a 48 inch TV, not a 77 inch TV… oh yeah, and he can’t hide the cords… WHAT??? So how am I supposed to put my electric fireplace back in the insert if the cords will be running through it? He explains to me that the lady who took my order should have told me I would need something called a power kit, and that it’s an easy installation to put that in the wall, but he doesn’t have one with him because he wasn’t given any details on scope of work I was needing. I don’t blame him, I blame the lack of attention to detail on the support staff. I essentially paid 270 bucks after taxes just to have someone come and place a few screws in my drywall and help me lift up my TV, something i could’ve done by myself in 15 minutes. Nonetheless, I was very kind to the technician at my home and slid him a tip on the side for the holidays. But I didn’t waste any time calling my bank to dispute and file a claim to get a refund for the services I did not receive.

They came in and started hanging my 85 in The Frame TV on my wall which is covered in old barn wood. They did an excellent job and took all trash with them!

This was my third delivery of the same tv. First team was rude and actually grabbed a tool right out of my hand. Second time tv still did not work properly. Third times the charm. This single man team was kind, helpful, and skilled. The TV not so much, I am still having some of the same issues.

I like that he was there at the scheduled time. He was knowledgeable and made sure everything was working. Very satisfied.

Went above and beyond. They were knowledgeable about my Eufy security electronic deadbolt and Ring door sensors, cameras, and doorbell. I could not have been happier.

Geek squad installed our new big screen TV using a mount that allowed them to center it even though the 24" on center stud spacing made it difficult. Connected it to my WI-FI system so everything worked perfectly upon start up. Quick and professional.

Jared was great - he knew what to do to mount the tv neatly and efficiently. He answered all our questions and cleaned away all packing materials.

The guys uninstalled the old tv and removed the mount, took out new tv and installed the mount and had it mounted and operational in no time.

The agents disconnected & unmounted existing TV. They then installed the new TV. Kenneth W & JB were detailed oriented with installation. Kudos to being so meticulous that the exposed wires are practically hidden.

I truly can't say enough about the service I was provided. The team of Chris and Kattie called when they were on the way, explained the process and knocked out the installation very quickly, leaving no mess, and explaining the setup, and how to use my new TV. During the process, another team assisted helping with the TV, they were Mathew and Kenny. I explained to Mathew what I wanted to do in 2 of my other rooms at a future date, and he explained to me that it would be no issue and fairly a quick and simple process. I can't say enough about all of them, very friendly and professional the entire time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The guys that mounted my tv did a great job. Made it look so easy! I’m so glad I had them do it. Very professional and friendly. Programmed the tv and channel changer and showed us how to use them. Then explained how to program them if for some reason we had too. They did a great job!!!

I bought a 55” TV and other items and have not received any reward points. It’s also very hard to get a sales person on the phone. However, I do love my second adjustable TV rack. Also Geek workers were great even though they were not able to connect computer because I need a cable for it.

The guys were amazing. Came in quick got everything set up and explained to me what will be happening where the tv would be put and got it done within the hour.

The agents mounted my TV. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and provided excellent customer service. Very happy with the services received.

The agents arrived on time and installed and connected my TV in a timely manner. They even connected it to my sound bar that I couldn’t connect to my previous TV that was only a year old. I was very pleased with their service.

Tech is skilled, thinks on his feet and a problem solver. Was only surprised by the price. Web site pricing should be more transparent. Feel like the charge should have been $100 less.

I used Geek Squad to install a new Samsung TV with ceiling mount. They did a fantastic job. They also got the system all hooked into the cable system so when our guests used the TV for the 1st time, no problems !!! Where they had to drill for the mount, they made sure that the area was cleaned & spotless. Great job!
