The agents did a great job of installing the tv and hooking up all my devices and showing me how they worked

They mounted my tv and set up all the controls. It was done very quickly and did not make a mess.

TVs Installed without issues - staff (Jeff Folk and his team) were very pleasant, on-time, efficient, and skilled.

Installer was on time, asked where we wanted TV mounted in the kitchen, brought all proper equipment, and cleaned up work area after TV was installed. Would definitely recommend Geek Squad as service was excellent. Only negative was additional (substantial) cost to mount TV wall mount on outside concrete wall.

Guys mounted the TV and connected all my devices. Had some trouble with the optical connection, but finally figured it out

The guys that installed our tv were GREAT. we could have hung the tv ourselves but AFTER that the tv did not work. So grateful they installed it and documented the tv was faulty. Best Buy had another tv brought out a couple days later and the old one returned to the store. Made things easier for us!!!

So worth it! And yes, will have them install my next TV purchase! He was amazing! Very thorough and cleaned up after himself. Literally not a speck of dust left behind! He even gave us tips on using the TV and offered some no cost streaming!

Vince did a great job with a difficult mount and installation. He is very helpful, informative and professional. Goes above and beyond. Gives Geek squad a great impression to customers.

Unfortunately the TV broke soon after initial installation but Dave called back with possible corrective action - to no avail. New TV brought in and now works fine. Additionally I was able to talk to the second installer (Mike), after an update changed the viewing settings on the TV. Overall I'm well satisfied with the install.

The techs arrived on time, were knowledgeable, & cleaned up any mess from drilling. There is some feedback I would suggest, & that's to give a shorter appointment window, so customers can still do things throughout the day. 8-9 hr window is too long. Thank you.

So the technicians arrived at our house right on time. There were two of them. Perfect for my big tv. They worked safe and we felt safe. They had a great attitude. Before i knew it they were done. They did a great job. I would definitely recommend.

Durrell from the Geek Squad did an excellent job installing our 65 inch TV. We just moved here from Georgia and was without this TV for quite awhile. We really appreciate the courtesy and professionalism we received from the Geek Squad.
