This service is totally worth the money. If you've never mounted a TV on the wall by yourself before, don't even hesitate. Just add to your order when getting a new TV. I've mounted several TV's myself, and it's a pain. Especially with larger TV's. I bought this service when I bought a 75" TV, and when the box for that TV arrived at my house, I was SO glad I bought the installation as well. I never realized how big a 75" TV was until I had one sitting in the floor in my livingroom. Big, expensive, and awkward to handle. Just pay the professionals.

Technician showed up on time. Was in and out in a timely manner. Made sure I understood how everything worked before he left. Even received a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was still good!

They know their stuff. Fast and efficient setup. Will use them again.

The Geek Squad installed my 85 inch TV and mounted it on the Wall. Staff was very professional and took care to clean up and remove all trash. They also insured that all devices worked and were connected. Very polite and answered all questions. Very knowledgeable.

Unpacked and carefully mounted my TV, took extra time to explain the connections to my existing soundbar.

The install went well. The guys were friendly and professional. The internet at the nursing home was not the best and we should have known that before the purchase, even with bad internet, the TV works well.

Mounted tv on wall; then showed me connections to various devices, including the internet. Was shown how to use the remote control - not so obvious without a great explanation.

The team arrived on time and were very safety conscious. We needed another wall mount, which they quickly obtained. The communication around what the mount would and would not do was very clear. All in all, as summarized above,, Lucas and James were excellent.

The guys installed everything and were very professional and made sure we were happy with their work. Answered all questions to our satisfaction.

It is a large TV, so we had them mount it. They did a very nice job and were very helpful. We would recommend them for installation of large TV's

There were two Best Buy installers they came to install my television. I was very impressed at the ease in which they were able to do it. At first I was going to do it myself but my wife talked me into having it done. I am glad that I did because I could see where I would’ve run into some issues that I was unaware of.

Agent Sal was excellent. Explained all that he was doing, Installed my TV, relocated my old TV and connected all to necessary devices. Service above and beyond. Couldn't have been happier. Very considerate of furniture, etc. which I really appreciated too.

I had an excellent experience with technician Andrew Buenaventura at the Stockton Best Buy. Andrew installed and mounted a 55 inch TV . He was on time for his appointment and able to answer all questions. However not so great with the in store clerk she sold me the wrong TV mount.

The technicians were very professional and installed two TVs. They performed the installations in a clean and safe manner, protecting the floor and keeping drywall dust to a minimum while drilling a hole in the wall! The two techs worked well as a team.

The installers put up the mount quickly and exactly how high I wanted it and centered how I wanted it. I like how I can tilt the tv down and aim it to one side when I need it to.

Geek Squad was great! They had to deliver and install a large tv upstairs and they were great and getting the job done. They were also very informative about future upgrades.

This was my first time receiving service via a Geek Squad team member. I was so impressed. There was great care to ensure everything was seviced correctly. Glad i bought the Geek Squad service subscription.

The agents took down the mounted tv and laid it on padding they brought with them. They then connected the new soundbar mount with soundbar to the tv wall mount. It all went smoothly and quickly.
