The installers from Geek Squad were awesome. Great communication before the install, professional and courteous when they entered my home. They did a perfect job on the install, went over all the feature while completing the initial TV set up. Fast, efficient, and cleaned everything up before they left. They made certain I had no unanswered questions. Happy that I decided to have them do the delivery and install on this fantastic TV.

Phil & Tim mounted 2 tvs and they were awesome! They programmed all our devices and even covered the wires with the cords covers my husband was preparing to do(thank God). They were very friendly and knew exactly what they were doing, very quick & clean. Awesome Awesome work!!

Fantastic value for the money. Easy to install and the menu guide is easy. The Samsung app built into the tv has many additional movies as well at no extra charge. You should get a soundbar. Geek squad did a great job but is pricey. If you are handy I am sure you could hang it yourself.

The fellows that came out to our home were great. However the product is a bit shaky,and for the cost of the mounting device for the T.V. we ended up with one that got passed the inspectors on the assembly line. What happens is that one side of the wall mounting systems has to be physically handled in order for the television to sit squarely on the wall. Hard to explain but when looking at the tv the left side is higher than the right side, but when you physically push down on the left side the tv levels out. And of course if you don't move the tv it remains level. But should you change the angle of the set to encompass the one side the set hets out of wack.

The 2 installers were beyond amazing! So helpful and thoughtful! They both did a great job and answered all our questions!

The installers were very knowledgable and very courteous and I was overall happy with their ability to mount and install such a large TV, but I noticed after they left that they left two large dents on the cabinet tops directly below the TV. If not for this damage to my cabinets, I would have given 5 stars.
