The Geek squad was as good as advertised, showed up on time, worked well together, did minor calibration of TV, and configured all my devices, even ARC into my receiver. Showed me how to use features, did not leave until I was satisfied. Excellent and professional service

The installers showed up on time and did a great job with the installation and wiring of the various components. They wall-mounted two tv's and ran the cables through the walls as I had requested, resulting in a very clean looking job. I am very pleased with the service provided.

Geek squad guy was great. Friendly, clean cut and knew what he was doing . He hug the tv on the wall and after he was finished he also set up the tv and made some tweaks so the picture was superb !!! Will use again.

The Premium TV Mounting 56" and larger was an excellent value especially with the Total Tech Support membership, provided for secure transportation and deliver of the large television and an efficient use of time to safely mount the large television. The team took time to setup my display and teach me about its use. I also love they were respectful by being on time/schedule, wearing shoe covers and face covers according to company instructions that were stated prior to the appointment, and let the area spotless after the install. The Geek Squad conducted the installation with excellence all around and I am glad I utilized their services.

Not only were these guys technically proficient, they were very courteous. The entire process took no more than 15 minutes and the mount works perfectly. I would definitely use this service again, especially since they mounted a 65-inch TV. Didn't want to risk messing that up and I'm satisfied with their service.

On time polite neat and cleaned up plus took packing away. Knew exactly what needed to be done and were efficient and timely.

So I used a competitor first to save a few bucks! You get what you pay for! The TV was hung crooked and they hung it on drywall alone with cords showing! I do have a tricky setup but the Geek Squad showed up and knew exactly what to do! They were more expensive but worth every penny to get it done perfectly!

The technician arrived on time, He discussed the work with us to understand where we wanted our TV mounted. Work was completed quickly and the TV mount looks great. The tehicain cleaned up the entire area and moved furniture back to original locations. Entire experience was first rate

Amazing service. The guys that came to my home were so respectful. They were friendly, generous, funny, and worked so casually and carefully to mount my new tv. He even swept up the little white styrofoam when they were done!
