Long story short, the tv was installed properly with the “no gap” wall mount that I had requested originally. Unfortunately this was after 3 separate visits. My recommendation is to always go with one of their Best Buy Geek tech’s and not someone freelance due to scheduling needs. I’m sure there are great install techs who work for Best Buy, but the geek squad guys are phenomenal

The agent mounted my TV with ease and professionally like the professionals they are. My second TV mounting was just as good and even faster. All of my devices were hooked up and the choice he helped me with in choosing where to mount the TV exactly was perfect! Thanks!

The agents that mounted the tv were excellent. They made sure everything was working properly before they left and answered all questions.

Nothing but a rave review for John Shores and his partner. They were very friendly, customer oriented and knowledgeable about the whole installation process. They work very well with the ATT installer and the Phoenix/SONOS installer in getting the complete system up and running. Great job guys.

The agents did a nice job with mounting my tv. They were knowledgeable and did nice work, though it did take a bit longer than I expected (they needed to get parts from their van that they didn't bring in with them).

The agents remove my 55" tv from my living room and mounted it in my family room and connected it to cable. They mounted my 75" tv in the living room and connected it to the sound bar and cable. They did a great job!

The two folks who came in helped with the install went above and beyond their commitment to get this job done in a very friendly way. I highly recommend Geek Squad and now I'm a lifelong customer of Best Buy because of this amazing experience.

the agent that mounted and serviced my new TV performed all service skillfully and was able to answer all my questions. He went above and beyond what I expected in testing to make sure my internet connection was stable and sufficient for the location of the TV. He measured carefully to be sure the TV would fit on the existing mount without drilling additional holes in the wall. He set up my cable box to the TV and waited until everything was working properly and instructed me in accessing all the features of the new TV.

I purchased a table mount which took almost 5 minutes for a separate "furniture" team to put together. Not a good value for the extra $49. The installation of the TV, which cost another $49, by a separate team went smoothly. I would have appreciated more time spent on explaining the remote which I still have not mastered.

They came and measure and installed the tv right away with precision and they make sure that we agree with their decision

They delivered and set up all my stuff incljding installing my mount and made sure Ll my work stuff was even connected back up!

The two agents that came in and installed our tv and soundbar were true professionals. They took the time to make sure we were completely satisfied with placement, were quick, and made sure everything was tidy before leaving. I would recommend this service to anyone!

The two gentlemen from Geek Squad called ahead, were on time, and did a very professional job. Very friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. The cost was somewhat higher than I had hoped, but in the end, the job was done right and it was not something I wanted to have to do. So it's OK.

The Geek Squad members, Joseph and Rob were actually superb and got the entire system to work better than ever. Exceptionally polite and courteous.

I could not mount an 82" by myself so I called the Geek Squad. Initially set up over the fireplace, large TV, mistake on my part. I called them back and they placed it over the wall in the keeping room, no questions asked. Total Tech Support member, I will definitely renew.

Had the Geek Squad replace and install a new large screen TV. Showed up on time and quickly did the work. Programmed the remote and hauled out the old TV and boxes. Quick and easy !

The two geeks who installed my new TV were extremely professional. They were efficient at installation and were real gentlemen. I would have them do any service beyond just installing a TV. In fact I hope I will get them back when I buy another TV from Best Buy... probably very soon.
