The installers mounted my 75 inch tv, cleaned all the packaging, showed me how to use everything and connected our Netflix and Hulu so we didn't have to.

The two installers showed up on time with everything they needed. They were mindful of social distancing and very skilled at what they do. The new mounting bracket for the TV was installed quickly and correctly. Well worth the investment.

agent installed my TV and mounted it in a very professional manner. He respected my time and my house. He was very clean and neat.

The Geek Squad team was very professional in their attitude and appearance. Consulted with me on placement of my TVs and explained their decision making. Taped out where TV would be on fireplace and large walls before making holes. They were very careful with the equipment being installed and to ensure the minimal drilling of holes into walls/brick (measure twice, cut once). Wore protective covering on their feet. I had a TV that was damaged out of the box. They took care of the return/reorder and will be back out this week to install the new one. I bought the Totaltech membership and the install was at no additional cost to me. The membership is worth it if you don't want to install it yourself.

The Team was very professional and had our TV mounted and installed perfectly. They removed the broken one and recycled/disposed of it as well.

Love love our 76" Roku. Colour and picture is great! Lots of Roku features to learn!
